Maybe many people support Fiorentina but I personally support Olympiacos I can see their struggle when they reach the final it's really impressive
Next week we will see who the winner and I'm not surprised if Olympiacos lifts the trophy, Olympiacos can repeat the moment when they beat Aston Villa
In addition, it also predicts that the two teams will score a lot of goals because both teams are equally aggressive.

Olympiacos made a good job reaching the final game although their journey wasn't that easy. Same goes for Fiorentina which is the favourite one and having another Italian team winning UEFA Europa League is surely boosting the players to return with a trophy.

Unai Emery and his entire squad got eliminated at the slightest chances, really frustrating for the Villans. Aston Villa was my favorite to reach the final lift the title but it turns out they're struggling to win games. Olympiacos vs Fiorentina in the Europa Conference League final. Was hoping to get some good odds on Fiorentina after their travails but I suppose there is an argument they were saving their best for this. Last season Fiorentina failed to win the championship trophy after being defeated by Westham in the final match, but this season they have the opportunity to be able to pay for that failure by beating Olympiacos in the final later, the Conference League has so far only have 2 team champions namely Roma and also Westham so it will be a pride if later Fiorentina can become the third club to win the trophy,  In addition, Fiorentina is no longer possible to chase the Serie A championship and also the Coppa Italia, so indeed the Conference League trophy can be the only trophy that will be able to make their fans happy later at the end of the season.

Fiorentina vs Olympiacos will be a spectacular match after both teams were able to go through all the difficult journeys to reach the final round, previously we here to make Aston Villa as the favorite team to win but surprisingly Olympiacos managed to eliminate Aston Villa with a large aggregate, in quality and experience, of course Fiorentina is superior to Olympiacos but when Olympiacos can beat Aston Villa of course Fiorentina deserves to be vigilant in the final match later..

Fiorentina with another final in the tournament and they will try and get it for sure. Olympiacos on the other hand looks really good . They beaten Aston Villa two times and i dont think anyone beated them two times in all competitions. It will be a close final but im going with Olympiacos in the final.

It's my favourite league, for maybe no other reason than it housing the team I love, but while that was a bias from the early 2000s, it really has been the most exciting to watch since around 2016. Thank Klopp and Pep for that mainly. But now that star is waning once more.


Prestige yeah, competitive, among the most. But City may yet still win 5? 6? Of the last 7 titles? Yes, we have Arsenal and Liverpool bringing the contest to final match day, but is that really competitive or is that just a false veneer over money domination?

I still consider the Premier League as the most competitive and prestigious European league. However when it comes to being successful in tournaments like these, English teams aren't good at all this season.    When we take this into account Spanish, German and Italian teams are one step ahead now. All of them have teams in the finals. English teams will need to work harder next time to bring success to their country.

I've to admit that I was one of the majority of people who was shocked to see Aston Villa lose by an absurd scoreline, but that's how football is, no weak team goes to the semi-finals, they went to the semi-finals which means they're a strong team strong (same case as Olympiacos who were not favourites).

And yes, even if Olympiacos beat the favorites it doesn't mean they will definitely win in the final against La Viola's squad. So far in the 1X2 bet, there are quite unequal odds between the two teams, Olympiacos wins with @3.15 and Fiorentina with @2.3.

Aston Villa ruined their chances so badly since the first leg with a defeat by 2 goals difference and they weren't able to keep a clean sheet nor score a single goal in the second leg game.. The final game will be held now between Olympiacos and Fiorentina in Athens. I think Fiorentina are favourite.

Maybe we check stats on different websites, but I see that both teams had xG a bit over 1 and Olympiacos have even slightly higher numbers. But in general, difficult to explaing what happened for Aston villa there. Not talking about 2nd game as it was already outcome of 1st leg. And that early Olympiacos goal answered all questions.
As I understand, it's first ever European final for Olympiacos and I guess that before season not many saw them reaching final, while Fiorentina reached final 2nd season in a row.

Aston Villa performance is actually very extraordinary both in UECL and also in EPL, in UECL, Aston Villa is able to advance with extraordinary performance and they can overcome resistance from favorite UECL champion teams such as Ajax and Lille so it is not surprising that Aston Villa was previously favored to win UECL this season easily,  Aston Villa we can say has a considerable ability to win the UECL because indeed the quality factor of players and also Unai Emery makes Aston Villa a strong candidate to win this season, but instead Olympiacos who came as a non-seeded team was able to destroy Aston Villa to pieces in the semifinals, I personally am quite sure the majority of us here must be surprised to see Aston Villa eliminated and even more surprising they can be slaughtered by  Olympiacos who never been favourites can reach the final.

The elimination of Aston Villa from UECL actually reminded me of Aston Villa's performance in the EPL which at the beginning of the season became a scary team and difficult to beat, and even Aston Villa with their fairly consistent performance at the beginning of the season was able to be at the top of the standings at that time, but not difference with in UECL, Aston Villa actually experienced a slump when the season was about to end and now has to be ranked 4th in the EPL standings.
Olympiacos beat Aston Villa but I don't think that guarantees they can beat Fiorentina easily in the final later.

We see Aston Villa who are different between PL & UECL, in PL they played very well and made good results by securing 4th place in the standings & playing in UCL next season. But they couldn't beat Olympiacos in the UECL, even they were humiliated at home. What caught my attention from the 2 legs of the match was Ayoub El Kaabi, scoring 5 goals out of a total of 6 goals that Olympiacos scored against Aston Villa. At the end of May, they will face Fiorentina, I don't think they will be allowed to win easily by Fiorentina.

Villa showed a bad game and it really upset me... Villa's goal was the last event in my multi bet, but somehow they couldn't make it, although they had even more xG than Olympiacos.. Congrats to the hosts for playing in the final... Hard to say who will be stronger, them or Fiorentina...

Finally all the predictions that we have said before have been broken, some of us here including me mentioned Aston Villa as the favorite to win the Conference League this season after they were able to perform quite impressively throughout the season and even after defeating the existing strong team of course no one thought that Aston Villa journey actually had to stop at the hands of Olympiacos who were even very difficult to reach the semi-finals this season,  When Olympiacos managed to beat Aston Villa in the first leg, I think it was just a stroke of luck for Olympiacos because at that time Aston Villa played quite badly especially at that time Aston Villa could not field their best goalkeeper.

The second leg, I thought it would be a revival for Aston Villa because indeed they could play a full squad in the match including Martinez, but it turned out that Olympiacos could appear quite Spartan at their own home and make Aston Villa difficult to create goals to catch up with their aggregate goals, hoping to score in the match but Aston Villa had to be humiliated by conceding two goals and making the aggregate 6-2.

It's really not make sense how Aston Villa can lose two times against Olympiacos.

Aston Villa current ranks 4th in Premier League while Olympiacos ranks 4th too in Super League 1, the thing is Premier League is full of many strong teams. Olympiacos can humiliate Aston Villa even though they're not the best in domestic league.

And the winner will be Olympiacos simple, Fiorentina didn't face strong teams.

Aston Villa struggled of what to do when they have the most of their possession. Olympiacos stuck to their game plan and scored twice. So, it's right says if you have the ball most of the time, it doesn't matter if you can't score. They tried to control the game by keeping possession and waiting for opportunities, but that opportunities never came, ultimately which leading to their exit from the Europa Conference League. Now, the final is set between Olympiacos and Fiorentina.

Back home in the local top league tournament where Olympiakos dominates, this year they were trying the classic approach of trying to dominate in possession but obviously it didn't pay off this season at least locally. Olympiakos is now bound to finish far from the top spot, at best I'd say third unless a miracle happens.

It's amazing in a year where they didn't do as well as expected in the local league they manage to conquer the conference league final position. Well the recent change in coaches really seems to be paying off now. José Luis Mendilibar really seems capably to bring this team up to a european standard in their play style and based on their current capabilities. Olympiakos owner Marinakis is said to be poised to invest even more in valuable transfers, it'll be interesting to see if Olympiakos keeps fairing well in European tournaments with this strategy.

When you're playing in the semi final of an European competition, winning possession becomes the least you can ever think of because getting the result that'll send you to the final of the competition is the more important statistics you're looking for and not the possession. Aston Villa controlled most part of the game tonight and but their superior percentage in possession wasn't enough to help them eliminate their Greek opponents tonight.
