This time I believe that England reached the final due to some luck while Spain reached the final due to an impressive game.

I call this match a young team vs an expensive team but with equal quality, it's just that when both teams have almost the same strength then luck can help one of them, so here will England hope for luck like their last match? England won the last match with a penalty and a goal in the last minute and also when England beat Switzerland on penalties.

Spain really deserved it after they beaten all of strong countries. None of them were going through the penalty. That's insane to see. The football culture in Spain has been growing a lot. Even 16-year-old players played so crazily. But, I should blame Southgate for not putting in Palmer at the start of the game.
The young talents are starting to show their strength in this competition. Some, like Yamal and Nico, had crazy stats.

It's very sad to say this, but it feels like the Kane curse is real. I was thinking the result might differ if South Gate wasn't putting this guy in the starting line up.

Seriously they made what was supposed to be a very difficult tournament for them to be a very easy one. Their group was one of the groups that some fans regards as group of death and they came out effortlessly without dropping any points, their biggest obstacle in this campaign was the game against German, I think this was the only game that the opponents were much better than the Spanish national team. Funny enough this was the only game that went beyond the regular 90 minutes to extra time. I was very much convicted that a team that takes out the host German will definitely be a team to defeat and the Spanish giants proved me right, congratulations to them.

Although my biggest congratulations is to Luiz de la Fuentes; the Spanish head coach for a wonderful campaign and how he managed to assemble such a great squad. The Spanish national team has been in the bad sides of fate of recent and him getting them their record 4th European title is a huge achievement to me. Doing it by entrusting yourself on youngsters was what made me realize that the manager knows what he expects from a player, he deserves all accolades today

What a crazy game and the uk must be heart broken. Congratulations to the Spain national team for ripping off 7 straight wins to capture the euros. Think I heard they are the first country to get 4 euro championships. Back and forth and what a crazy 90th minute. I thought uk was going to tie it up again with a great series of headbands only to have Spain save the game on the end line with a headband. Couldn't ask for a better game to end this tourney.

Well that's football for you it's a game of passion and that's why the English fans were so confident that they would win even when the stats showed vividly that Spain had the upper hand against them. Spain is only team to have achieved a perfect record by winning all seven games and even with a good sense of football at that, so it was very clear that Spain would be winners although when England scored the equalizer I was a bit skeptical too that maybe it would end on penalty shoot out.

Congratulations to the Spanish national team for winning the European Cup for a record four times. They've easily been the best team in the tournament and deserved to win the tournament of you ask me but on the other hand, I also feel that England also deserved the trophy having qualified to play in the final for a second consecutive time. Spain after opening the scoreline just few minutes after the second half kicked off were able to still dominate the game until England leveled through Cole Palmer who found the net after just two minutes of coming on. It was after that goal that the English came alive again and were looking like a team that's gonna get a win at last but unfortunately for them, they were facing a Spain side that came for nothing but a win.
I felt bad for Harry Kane after he walked past the trophy and that's because despite all his struggles to win a trophy, none have actually materialized.

Spain were favorites to win the Euro 2024 title and sure enough, they managed to win it as predicted. Rodri's injury did not have much of an impact on Spain's game in the second half, in fact this was a blessing because Spain managed to score 2 goals during the second half.

Yamal is a 16 year old golden boy who rose to fame during this Euro 2024 tournament. He broke many records and became the best youngest player for this tournament, what was special was that he won the Euro 2024 title as a birthday present as well as helping several of his compatriots retire from the national team with a title.
