A disappointing match, the start was good and I thought that we could hope that there would be a repeat of the Germany - Scotland game (with the only difference that the underdog scored first), but after the opening goals the game became less bright. I must note that Albania played well and in the 90th minute they could have equalized the score, but for the same reason I think Italy played unreliably. In a group with Spain and Croatia, Italy needs to score points more confidently and have a better goal difference.

I was so confident that Spain will definitely win their game today and went ahead betting on them, and won, and now waiting on how Serbia vs England will play tomorrow, as am also confident England is also likely to win their game tomorrow, and likewise Italy which has been a good team, playing a decent games of recent.

One sure thing here is goals domination by these teams, it is a sign that we will see a great Euro this year. Most interesting is Spain here, it’s been years that we didn’t see Spain with this level, do you agree? Last years were super hard for them not achieving anything and getting beaten by small teams and players. Carvajal is doing the best this year at his age, leading Spain probably for the trophy as he did with Real Madrid in Champions League and LaLiga.

When it comes to Italy as I expected, they won’t have that much trouble even with the first goal in the first minute by Albania, they managed to fix everything and take the lead once again, we are going to see a great performance from Italy as well.

It's correct to mention that Spain have improved in their performance this year with this beginning, scoring Croatia with 3 goals over none is a good job done by them, and if they can work hard this time around, they an gain their feet back as a strong national team in the Euro 2024. But one thing to reassure Spain is that this tournament is a tough one seeing how Germany trashed Scotland with 5 goals to 1 and how Switzerland did same to Hungary with 3 goals over 1. If Spain must succeed, they must continue to up their games and not slack in their performance during the tournament games.

Switzerland had a comfortable win. They were able to create more attacks and were in a 2-0 lead by the first half. Hungary created some pressure in the 2nd half but ended up losing 3-1. Germany and Switzerland looks to be qualifying through Group A.

Albania’s early goal wanted to distract Italy, but they responded fast and doubled the lead before the end of the first half to finish the game. Albania is not more pressing in the match because Italian side has completely dominated the match, they lack finished well in the match because in my opinion, they are supposed to score more than three goals in the match. It’s still 2-1 in favor of Italy and with less than five minutes to end the game, I feel the match will end like this.

Spain, Switzerland, and Germany have a good start of the tournament, important three points with goals advantage is very important in this tournament and these teams will do well in the tournament.

It seems possible that this could happen. I actually feel that Italy can get at least 3 goals in this match but indeed with a fairly good defense from Albania and so many wasted opportunities that cannot be converted into goals it seems that this is still difficult and I don't feel there will be more goals in this match.

Italy played very well where they always pressed and did not provide space for Albanian players to develop their schemes which made Albania continue to defend during this match but indeed on the other hand this also did not have any impact on Italy's attack because Albania also realized that when they compensated for Italy's open play then it was already a loss where they would get an attack that could have been converted into a goal so for now Albania will definitely continue to survive the rest of the match that is happening now even though they are behind because they have no other choice unless they want to attack all out and leave their defense empty.

The real big game of today is Spain vs Croatia, I think Italy will win, and I do not care much about the other game because I do not know them very well. So, there is one game that I am not sure what to bet on, the other s are decided for me. Will Spain win, or will Croatia win? I am not sure, and I haven't made a bet on that yet and I think it is going to be quite tough on that too, not feeling like it is going to be that easy.

I get that people may approach it a little differently, and yes there is a possibility that both could win because they are both good teams. I will say Croatia, because they have been a pretty strong team nationally, and probably will bet on them, but I am still not entirely sure if it will work out as well as I hope.

A new record was set in the game today, the fastest goal in history after 22 seconds by albania. If that hadnt happened we be watching a boring game i think. Im glad it happened, it means italy has to play a lot more powerplay and thats why the 2 quick goals, it is a lot of fun to watch football. I think there will be 2-3 more goals in the next 45 minutes. The italians are playing better, you can see that, but they wont have it so easy against spain. The group with croatia is the toughest of all and i think spain and italy will go through to the next round.

It should be an easy match with plenty goals for a strong Italy side so I'll open a small bet on BcGame for over 2.5. I really enjoyed today's Spain vs Croatia match. Croatia looked good at the start of the game, but they lost a lot when Spain pressed defensively. Morata, Fabian and Carvajal each scored 1 goal for Spain's 3-0 win in their first match in the group stage, of course this is good capital to hope to be at the top of Group B.
