Netherland team was not week but England team played with full strength and full confidence and they gave their hundred percent and after that the players did two goals and England team were dominant in the whole match. Simons did first goal of the match and he provided base for the players to play and won the match . The defenders of Netherland team were not in good form and they could not stop two goals. England team is perfect team for the final but I think Eng team will win this match.
So far, that was the best performance by England and they deserved the qualifications, I see many people online claiming the referee was biased and blew a penalty to favour England but I don't think they're right and the referee made the right decisions based on the current rules. However, England's performance was better than that of Netherlands they created more and better chances and really deserved the winning, Gareth South was finally right in his choice of substitutions by introducing Watkins and Cole Palmer who mounted pressure of Netherlands defence to make England the winner and move to the finals. That was a fine assist by Cole Palmer and Watkins didn't hesitate to take his chances, Netherlands defenders would be so disappointed at themselves for letting the defense lose when they could've hold on for few more minutes and play extra 30mins but then their mistake became a blessing for England and they'll be facing Spain in the finals on Sunday, well let's see if they'll lift the trophy.
Maybe it was not the right call to be mad, the VAR check was poor because, when you take a look at the build up to the incident, that ball strucked Saka's hand, who makes such a call? It's embarrassing. That said, I blame the manager, he was too slow to make important decisions by bringing more attacking players when they had control of the midfied. It's up to Spain now if they can complete a perfect run.
Back to Back finals for England with Gareth Southgate, I never saw this coming, because I know he wasn't in charge of that game yesterday. The tactical approach of the game showed he wouldn't have been able to make those decisions himself I'm my opinion.
The both sides did well, I was impressed with Kobbie Mainoo in midfied, Kyle Walker playing like he is 24, props to John Stones. Jude Bellingham playing a huge role and Cole Palmer with that vision and Ollie Watkins who was able to get them the goal. Virgil Van Dirk and his mates did a great job I can't lie. Down to the finals, I don't want to be baised, let the best side win the Competition. ( Should be Spain )
