I'm also wondering if North Macedonia can be the team to end Italy's hopes just like they did before for the World Cup qualification. Grin

But I guess that this time Italy would be readier against them. You know that Italy got a draw against them before in the group stage. But this time they are going to play a really crucial match.

Italy showed us some promising things at the first times of the England match. Maybe they lost anyway but it isn't easy to get points from England away.

I expect an effective attacking-oriented game from Italy against North Macedonia and a win.

Having these four names you mentioned on the team as offensive players is quite impressive. They have all very complementary qualities and Bellingham fits perfectly into this formation because he does the same for England as he is doing for Real Madrid. I believe his biggest strength is that he knows how to play his position defensively despite being positioned in the offensive part of the formation. Kane is a great striker with enormous efficiency and Foden and Rashford can speed up the game incredibly fast and with a high technical level. I am not sure what more you could ask for. They are one of the favorites in my opinion.

In Group H, things seem to be a bit more complicated. Since Denmark and Slovenia have equal points, it is still not clear who will be the leader. Lithuania was very close to defeating Hungary. After leading the first half, Lithuania couldn't keep the score in the second half and ended up with a draw. It would have been good for Serbia if Lithuania could have won this match.
In the other match, Serbia defeated Montenegro at home and increased their points to 13. This was an important win for Serbia, even though they are not guaranteed to leave the group. They will play Bulgaria in their last match in the group. I think Serbia will leave here with a comfortable win since Bulgaria has no objective.

The Jude dude deserves the Player of the match award!

This season is a breaking out season for Jude Bellingham after his transfer from Dortmund to Real Madrid. He has been playing well for his club and his national team. He will be very important for England in Euro 2024 but Southgate will have fear from now. With excellent form of Jude Bellingham, Real Madrid might over use him in rest of season and this can make the player exhausted and not have good fitness for Euro 2024 or worse he will get an injury and miss that tournament.

England have a very good player generation and together they already had some good Word Cup and Euro tournaments. This generation only need a title to be remembered in history of their national team. I don't think Italy will have any problems winning and getting maximum points from all the remaining games,the only team that they could not face was England and that of North Macedonia was just a really big surprise which in soccer happens from time to time.However things are completely different right now with Italy having all the possibilities to win and get easily the three points from such encounter.

England is in top form although it did not look so in the friendly they had against Australia where they really struggled a lot to get the win but I think it was because no one gives a damn about friendly games except the coach who has the chance to try different setups of the team.
