For example, in Spain, Villa scored something like 80-90% of the goals in the final part of the World Cup and in one of the European Championships, but the main link in the team was not he, but the midfield. Under Xavi and Iniesta, Messi also scored a high percentage of goals and, as you can see, it was easy to replace him with Villa.
