If Nketiah is the answer to Arsenal's current needs, I'm sure Arteta won't bother looking into a centre-forward option as a replacement for Gabriel Jesus who is ruled out through injury. as you said, Arsenal could have taken an internal solution by relying on Eddie Nketiah as the main striker. or, rotating Martinelli as a centre-forward. what is certain, Arteta can explore the potential of the available players.

It's just that, since the target is two championship trophies at once. like it or not, Arteta has to bring in several newcomers in the upcoming January transfer window. not only for the Gunners' front line, Arteta also seems to be hunting for several other players to strengthen his squad. the reason is, if Arteta doesn't do it in this winter transfer window. Without looking at other things, actually new players will be very good. Barcelona have showed a good level of improvement so far although they fell short of expectations in the champions league but they have showed a different performance level in the league which is very impressive. Good thing the Europa league gave them second chance to redeem their season in European competitions this season but can they defeat Manchester United to stay in the competition?

Gabriel Jesus is one of arsenal best players this season,  he has been performing very well for arsenal.  Arteta needs good substitutes that can Replace key players whenever their is emergency.  Arsenal needs to do everything to remain in the top.

I also think there is  much more significant difference and improvement in the team's performance this season. It was a disaster in the previous season, thanks to Xavi who has managed to revive the team's performance and put them at a better performance level this season. If they can defeat Manchester United in the Europa league playoffs it will be a massive boost to the team's confidence going further.

Last year they were pretty good as well, beat Real Madrid 4-0 when they faced after Xavi took over, and just a bit later lost to Frankfurt, that should be good enough reason to think that just because you are doing good in the league, doesn't mean that you will do great in europa or UCL, look at City and PSG, they dominated the league and then lost, look at Bayern and how they lost last year, all in all just because you are doing great in the league doesn't mean other competitions would be great.

All in all I am expecting them to be doing fine, but not going to guarantee anything for them neither, it is going to be easy enough to tell if they will be good or not.

Arsenal want to make double this season actually. They are aiming the Premier League and Europa League titles both now. Because their run in the Premier League also has been very impressive. They just need to keep this motivation level for the rest of the season as well. Their team performance has been really fascinating in both tournaments.

Jesus' injury is a big hit to them maybe but hopefully they will handle the situation well anyway. The team chemistry should stay high and this would still be enough for them to continue winning most of their games one by one.

Barcelona must first beat Manchester United in the play-offs before they advance to the last 16. Their task is very difficult to beat Manchester United. Likewise with Manchester United, they will be very difficult to beat Barcelona in this round. Moreover, we must first see their performance after returning from the World Cup.

The Arsenal young lads who are determined to remain ontop of the table will be without their key striker Gabriel Jesus as they resume game by December 26,as they take on West Ham.Nketiah will deputise for him,and hopefully Arsenal wins that game.It won't be bad if Arsenal win both the Europa league and the Premier league.

Each club has the opportunity to win the Europa League this season and regardless of the big name of the club, there will definitely be those who are eliminated later. So arsenal, barcelona, Manchester united and juventus all don't necessarily win this European league title. There are names like Sevilla, Ajax, As Roma and PSV that should be watched out for in this title race, so it's still a long way to go and it's still difficult to determine who will win the European league later.

That's the point, no matter how strong they are in coaching they are good enough now when Xavi is there it will still feel in vain when they fail in the Champions League group phase for 2 seasons in a row.

Now predicting who will win the title is very difficult because the Europa League is still very far from the final, so it may be true that it is still early enough to determine which team will win the title.

All teams will be very focused on winning matches, so no one should underestimate anyone there. Barcelona and Manchester United will fight to qualify, but I support Barcelona to get into the last 16.
