There are voices that Juventus is involved in another big soccer scandal, much more bigger than Calciopoli which saw them be in the third category,if this becomes a confirmed thing, then most probably Juventus will start from the D-Diletanti league and also will lose a lot of players, that is why the board of directors resigned, they don't want to be part of this scandal which many people are thinking is true and confirming it soon.Based on this if this happens during Europa League time then Juventus will also be squalified from this competition.
If Juventus is proven to have committed a football scandal, then I think all the Juventus officials in that period will be punished too even though they have resigned. It would be very unfair if only Juventus received punishment for the scandal that occurred but the board of directors went unpunished, so obviously if that happened then it was a very unfair and broken law.
Also, if Juventus is found guilty or is found to have committed a football scandal worse than Calciopoli then it means that Juventus will not be able to continue to play in the Europa League either.
Instead, the opponent who will play against Juventus in the Europa League later, Nantes will get a WO or Walkover victory. But I still hope this scandal is not proven and I think the scandal is about falsification of documents, and I think the punishment may not be as severe as talked about so far.
If the scandal is Calciopoli then I think it is the right scandal for a team to be punished by relegation, but if the scandal is with the board of directors then I think the punishment is only for them and not the position of the club or Juventus position in the current competition.
