Just because they lost this time around doesn't mean that they will lose it again. Roma has a chance to go to europa again, which means that they could end up fighting for the title again as well and this time around maybe they will win. I am still not sure what's going to happen with Mourinho, will he stay or will he leave? If he doesn't leave then they are going to give him what he is lacking as well, and he is going to make this team better.

I also believe that there is a good chance they could be better at the league as well, the top 5 is very tough teams to beat and Juventus is right there, if it wasn't for the punishment then Roma would have been 7th, but even with all that in mind I think they can still become a bit more better, like finish 4th at least.

You are right the Sevilla team has not focused specifically on LaLiga for the Europa League. But in my personal opinion, Sevilla need to do great in La Liga too, because there are enough opportunities in this league. With nothing more likely to be done in La Liga this time around, it's only fitting that Sevilla do something great in the Europa League.
And that was what Sevilla did last season in the Europa League so they have also managed to get the trophy in the Europa League. Now all the teams are starting to improve themselves while looking for new players that they will target in the transfer market to use next season. And if Sevilla wants to focus more on La Liga, that can also be done next season because right now they can only prepare themselves to be even better next season.

Very true. La Liga league is also very important to Sevilla, they need to put more energy in La Liga because they cannot continue
to always be  in their  poor performance in every season and take the excuse of putting more focus on the Europa League. it is important they considered their domestic League first before any other League.
La Liga also won't be easier for Sevilla although that is important to consider because La Liga is its own domestic league. Next season Sevilla will no longer be in the Europa League which of course has to focus more on the Champions League because Sevilla has won the Europa League and that will of course be even tougher for Sevilla because the Champions League is a collection of the best teams in all leagues.

I see many people blame Mourinho because of the results he got against Sevilla in the final match and they expected to see Roma wins that game mostly because of their coach Mourinho who is a famous person with lots of reputation.
But the fact about Mourinho is he is doing all he can do for Roma but he is a little but not lucky enough because of losing players like Dybala for an important game like that. Otherwise, he can even win that game because of the better forward he could have.
for me it's not Mourinho's fault and it's not anyone's fault either but it's just that in terms of experience Sevilla players are superior when taking advantage of opportunities to score goals in the European league finals. so it's not surprising that Sevilla is able to become a champion and I'm not saying Roma failed this season but Roma are a little closer to the title so this will be a passion for Roma to be even better next season to get the champions league title.
and on the other hand Roma did lose their best players but that wasn't a problem and in fact Roma were still able to survive to the final round even though they couldn't get the UEL trophy.
the hopes of Roma fans in the next season are very high after they are close to becoming champions.
No one is to blame for AS Roma's failure in the Europa League this season, they did well to be in the final and I think they were just unlucky to get the title. Penalty shootouts are completely unpredictable, in fact I was very surprised when they could only score 1 goal from the shootout. After all, there was a lot of controversy in this match, and it is still being talked about a lot today.
The Roma team had great potential this time and also had the chance to secure the Europa League title. But the team unfortunately missed that opportunity. I never thought that Roma would perform so badly in the penalty shootout. Anyway it's all part of the game and hopefully the team will do well next season.

After all they have to see La Liga as their first competition in competition, meaning they have to be able to improve themselves even more so they can compete strictly in La Liga. The season before they could do it and it proves that indeed if they are serious they can do something more in La Liga. The depth of their squad must be even better, because one of the factors they have to be pushed into the mid-table this season is that they have an unstable squad.

I don't understand Pep Guadiola, just one Champions league, he is challenging Real Madrid that has 13 champions leagues. or was he high on something? it will take Manchester city like 30 years to get 13 Champions league. because they can't defend the title next year. even if they do it will be hard to start to compare themselves to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid has no contender when it comes to champions league, their closest rival is Ac Milan, they has 7 Champions league title. And not Manchester city.

Still very and unsportsmanlike that Mourniho decided to throw away his medal. Would he have picked it up afterwards? That lucky finder could become rich at an auction. But maybe that's typical for Mourinho, he just wants to win and is no longer satisfied with 2nd places. In competition it is a different story. He will be especially disappointed that he is not allowed to play CL with AS Roma now, because in the competition they have only qualified for the El or maybe even COnference kleague. A big difference.
I think Mourinho must have been very upset because of a match they should have won, but it had to be tarnished by the unfair actions of the referee in that match and I think it's only natural that Mourinho would vent his anger by throwing away his medals. Even after the end of the game Mourinho was still not happy with the loss which made him wait for the referee in the car park to protest in person. Apart from all that, Roma will still have the opportunity to start again from scratch in the European league next season and for sure Mourinho will try to bring Roma back to the final round.

I agree that mourinho has some temper issues but i think that the uefa are too lax on Referees and when they commit mistakes altering the outcome of games they do not take the appropriate measures, the chelsea vs barcelona game is a prime example so when managers or players get angry i think they have the right to do so to a certain degree.
This is very important issue and now UEFA needs to check this as well because they are suing technology for all things but still having serious issues which create controversies are never been good for the sack of game we have too many incidents like these which create serious trouble but still no one doing any proper debate about this all and have better use of technology as well which end this all, and we will have things without any big trouble.

José Mourinho and his player's reaction was surely temper issue but why they are having things like this which are not acceptable, hopefully in coming seasons we will be having improvement in referees and their way f managing matches.
Yes, if a team thinks they have been cheated, that the party concerned must thoroughly investigate what really happened, because if it is proven that there was an error that caused a loss to one of the teams, to be honest, that is not a good thing for a competition. And it will also make other fraudulent frauds enter, because they assume that the parties involved are not firm in handling the problem.

We can't judge Sevilla about their place in La Liga because they didn't focus on the league games and they didn't need the La Liga games to earn points at all in the last games because they couldn't reach the top of the table and on the other hand, Sevilla wanted to win the Europa League and they have enough hope for it because of the last wins the had in Europa League.
Sevilla is the king of the Europa League and that's why they are more focused on strengthening the team and getting more titles in the Europa League.
For La Liga I don't expect Sevilla to get better results there because instead of getting a win they will find it difficult to win and it will only affect their performance when playing in the Europa League. I think it's better for Sevilla to stay in a league they can beat like the Europa League and prove they are there.
what matters that Sevilla have been able to win the trophy that is much important to them, the domestic league which is La Liga does not really matter to them but what really matters to them was winning the Europa League and they end up having the Europa League was more of a to them because it also made them to qualify for Champions League.
La Liga is held by Barcelona and Sevilla have not been able to surpass Barcelona in La Liga but for the Europa League they are a strong team and managed to come out as winners for the umpteenth time.
Both are equally important, but because they are too focused on the Europa League, domestic titles in La Liga cannot be won.
By becoming champions of the Europa League Sevilla managed to get a Champions League ticket for next season but somehow I think that Sevilla will be left there and that's why I expect them to stay focused on the Europa League which they have at least 7 times.
I think the Sevilla team can make a big impact in La Liga next season, just like Barcelona. Because this team has secured the Europa League title by doing amazing performances in the current season. As a result, confidence has been created among the players of the team so that the team will want to pass the next season as well.

Jose Mourinho lost a European final for the first time in his career. This must have been pretty sad for him. Mourinho's medal case is not the first time. Mourinho was angry with the foreign substance thrown from the stands in the Arsenal match and he threw his second place medal into the stands. This time in anger of losing in the final, he gave the medal to someone else. What arrogance. I don't think there is a second place in your life. Even if we are right in life things may not turn out the way we want. I think Roma was treated unfairly in the final game and a grand final was ruined by ridiculous refereeing decisions. The referee had a very clear effect on the fate of the match with penalties not given and wrong decisions. Sevilla has more UEFA titles than league titles. Winning the trophy in a very difficult season for Sevilla will almost resurrect them.

Yeah Anthony Taylor really got on Mourinho's nerves in that game but still Mourinho overreacted. You can of course show your reaction to frustrating incidents but you should know your limits at the same time. I agree about that throwing the runner-up medal away action as well. It is also a disrespectful thing to while so many people are watching you.

You can be angry about not achieving their main target for sure but at least you can do what you want after leaving the area while nobody sees it. Referees had some important affect on an incident while we were getting close to the end of regular time if I'm not mistaken. But unfortunately these things still happen even in the presence of VAR technology. You should still keep your temper at a reasonable level somehow in a critical game like this.

The European League final match had several controversial refereeing decisions so it was only natural that Mourinho and/or other AS Roma players could not accept the final result of the match. But yes, if we put this case aside, as a team and/or player and also a professional coach, then they should be able to accept whatever result has been decided. Even though later there is still something to be debated about, but for such an award, they should be able to accept it even if only by force.

Every one know and understand what happen in this final game with this all still talking about José Mourinho is surely not fair enough because he has done hard work and achieve his best but sadly due to few controversial decisions all hard work ruined this is never been fair even you are using technology and having enough sources for checking all things then still going with wrong ways it's surely heartbreaker for the coach and players as well.

Sevilla is surely lucky team in terms of most trophies and also having the worst performance in this season but still winning Europa Cup and having spot for the next season into Champions League is ideal end of the season for them, but now it's good time for them to regroup themselves for the better season in both competitions as luck not works every time for someone.

I'm thinking about the strategy they use in Sevilla, as far as I saw in the games they had, Sevilla usually, plays defensively and they try to don't give the opportunity to other teams to score goals and on the other hand, Sevilla has strong finishings because they can finish the ball when they have the chance for it which is a great advantage for this teams and I think that's why the won the title.
