How bad AC Milan was because they were not able to maximize their advantage in the number of players after 31 minutes because one of the Roma players had to be sent off because of a red card. I thought this would be like the Barcelona vs PSG match but not because Roma was able to maintain their lead until the match was over to advance to the semi-finals, applause for De Rossi who was able to bring his squad forward in this competition even though he was doubted at the start of his presence in Rome.

Atalanta have been an improving side overtime. They've had some rough edges but their performance in the league is still seen. Even though they may not be top trophy contenders, they're trying to stay in the domestic league instead of relegating. They'll be playing against Liverpool in the next phase of the UEL and goodnews is they've been able to gather enough confidence and momentum for the game which still puts them in and advantageous spot of finishing with a tangible result regardless.

The EPL is competitive too and so focus should be put in it but the UEL trophy to me would actually have more worth than the EPL.

Liverpool has all it took to suppress their opponent and yes majority envisioned an encounter this season against Liverpool and Leverkusen but sadly I don't think it'll happen. Liverpool are an extra goal below cos of aggregates and it'll really take a miracle that they play Atalanta today without letting them net a goal and they covering up the pending goals too. The outcome so far has given Leverkusen the confidence to forge ahead for the trophy too, well it'll be everly glorious that they secure the two trophies this season. It only shows how prepared they were/are and will be for the battle.

Liverpool started that match very good with a goal at 7th minute but they failed to trigger a collapse of Atalanta. They tried to do something in a second half but can not score any more goal and it's not because they played bad. Atalanta did played a careful match and reduced as much as possible risk from Liverpool. They know that Liverpool have a huge task to complete and when their players managed successfully against panic, they won.

Liverpool only can feel regretful with some individual mistakes in a first leg match and finding three goals against a club from Italy is not easy especially when they only focus on defense.

My Prediction for the finals has been between Liverpool and Bayern Leverkusen, but the party ended for Jurgen Klopp and his lads. Another I envisioned was between Ac Milan and Liverpool since they're big sides in the European level.
It does seems like, Bayern Leverkusen would get the chance to beat As Roma who knocked them out of this same Competition last season.

I doubt if Atalanta will lose to Liverpool as we are all expecting. They can lose but I don’t think they will misuse the opportunity they had by defeating Liverpool with three goals. Even if Liverpool end up winning the match, I don’t think they can eliminate Atalanta because Atalanta will definitely use their home advantage to score some goals in the match.

In the Domestic League Atalanta did not perform well, but seeing them play in the European League, which is very difficult to predict, turns out to be able to provide tough competition. After securing the Bundesliga trophy, for Xabi their target is clearly the Europa League trophy and I would be happy to bet for them.

And as for the semi final fixtures between Roma and Bayern Leverkusen, it's actually going to be a cracker of a match no doubt,  because Bayern Leverkusen is in the best form of their lives, 44 matches unbeaten is not an easy feet to achieve, while roma on the other hand is quite experience in the competition a little bit because they have been the finalist in the previous years, even won the uefa conference cup two years back, so they have a lot in their arsenal to go toe too toe with Bayern Leverkusen, which will definitely going to be a fascinating encounter.
