Nobody knows how Eric Ten Hag was able to convince Sancho before he decided to stay in the club and I believe that there must be a reason for Sancho's decision. Don't forget that this is a player that was not in good behavior to his coach but suddenly he decided to become submissive to his Boss, so I believe that Sancho will not be on the bench and don't be surprised to see him among the first eleven because his performance in Dortmund was good.

Those newly bought players will still play and I believe some old players not Sancho will be on the bench because the coach wants to transform the club.

Manchester United played in the Champions League last season, for better or for worse, the Champions League is far more prestigious than the Europa League. When I read on a news channel that Sancho had already made peace with coach Erik ten Hag, I was thinking: "Sancho is very unlucky, if he was lucky enough to have been signed by another, better club, he would he would be a great player", I say this because last year Erik ten Hag said that Sancho wasn't present in the game against Arsenal because Sancho hadn't performed well in training, something funny that Manchester United lost in that game against the arsenal. but sancho went to deny coach Erik ten Hag, he said that he trained well and that he was being used to justify his poor performance. something that in my opinion he was right

time has proven that he is a good player, when he was at Dortmund he played very well, now with his return, I see that his situation will not be good, because Manchester United has Joshua Zirkzee as a new signing, there are also others players that the coach will be able to use and leave Sancho sitting on the bench. I don't see Sancho or any Manchester United player being able to develop while they remain at Manchester United and honestly I don't see Manchester United being able to get far in the European League

The Man U's is aware that they also need to give time for the coach to build the club, there is no instant success, and changing coaches is not a good solution, learning from Chelsea, who change coaches too often, but their performance continues to decline, so Man U doesn't want to have the same fate as Chelsea, therefore MU is retaining Ten Hag and next season will see changes to Manchester United as well as determining Ten Hag's fate.

I think winning the Premier League title is too difficult for Ten Hag because the competition is very tight. Being in the top 3 is also a good achievement, but winning the Europa League trophy will be the main priority for Erik Ten Hag because MU has a big opportunity there.

If you try to judge Erik ten Hag's performance as a Manchester United manager, I think you might be confused by the the fact that he's won two trophies in two seasons with the club which i think isn't that too bad for a club that's been struggling since 2013 that Sir Alex Ferguson left but when you look at how the club have performed generally under the Dutch manager, you'll definitely come to conclusion that Erik ten Hag haven't been a good coach for the club. Personally, I was surprised that he wasn't sacked by the club after his performance of last season but since the club management have faith in him, I hope he delivers at the end.
Next season, Manchester United will play in the UEFA Europa League competition so he has the chance of winning a European trophy for the club again but the big question is will he be able to utilize the opportunity this time? We keep our fingers crossed and see what happens

If judging his performance will be only by trophies then it will be a really incomplete judgement because even other teams who didn't win trophies still had very good performance such that their coaches were seen as been good enough, moreover, the trophies won aren't such that can be seen as really been elite trophies, champions League and premier League are top trophies expected of him trying win but he haas not been able to really get any of those so for me he's not winning such a big dewl a trophy because we expected more of him goiig by the kind of quality we had assumed he's got.

Manchester United are still entrusting Ten Hag as their coach next season, so I'm starting to think whether it's the right or wrong decision at this time, Manchester United performance last season was not impressive at all and was actually the worst in the history of the Red Devils so far, but I don't know what is the reason why Manchester United still believes in Ten Hag?
Previously, Manchester United had fulfilled Ten Hag request to recruit several players who he had previously trained at Ajax, but the arrival of these players did not have a positive impact at all on Manchester United performance, but now he also started to recruit a lot of players, especially those from the Netherlands, so maybe we will see a different Manchester next season.

We are having interesting situation with Eric Ten Hag which is now again trying his best for improvement in performance and having results which club is looking for it's never been easy but for this all having good relationship with players is key part of his job if he fails to do this we will have another problematic season which is surely going to be had worst end for him because his contract is having until 2026 but now this season start and having good performance is all depend on him and his player's chemistry.

Even we all know Manchester United is having one of the best talented and quality players but still while playing for this club their performance has never been good which help them and their club is wired situation with this all we have to understand having better relationship between players and coach is important.

In order for Manchester United to return to its good old days, it must have stable team management. That's why changing the coach would not be the right move. What they need to do is try to create a club culture like before.
As far as I know, they have a good youth football team, if they manage to make a few transfers along with the talented young players they have trained, the team can become much better

I agree with everything that you said because a good coach shoukd not always blame his players for their poor performance but instead he needs to encourage and motivate them so that they can do better next time. It was clear last season that United poor performance was majorly from Ten HG side but the players also contributed to it too.

If Sancho did not come up with his best performance while in United, it means that he cannot fit into Eric Ten Hag game tactics and that will be another criticism from the fans. There are a lot of improvements currently and that should show positive effect on the team.

We are having Eric Ten Hag here at the Manchester United for the last two years even his performance is never been ideal for many peoples but still he is having two cups under his achievements for this club which is huge success and management is also right about giving him another chance because they are feeling having new coach is having more problems so they are going to allow him for one more season which will surely help the team and Eric Ten Hag for understanding of their mistakes and trying to fix them as well.

Even he is having all sources and confidence of the management so if he is able to bring positive changes surely this could be impressive and Manchester United is going to have another good era under this coach but in case of another failure we will have all things gone from top to down, and we will have another overhaul under new coach in coming season which could be not ideal.

The Europe league always interesting every season but this season was so quiet, because the way so many big team participate the Europe league and they able to succeed is is only the team that people's was not expected come take the Europe, due to the how  the league become very tight but in my view the next coming season will be more tight than this season because all those big teams will make a standard form for themselves, so that can able to win the Europe league.
Barcelona performance is that good unlike before that everyone is making proud of them, could you imagine how they take La Laliga trophy granted this season, after what they done right from the beginning of the league, but unfortunately disappointed at the end of the la Laliga trophy and is due to their inconsistent that's why they always failed to win every league not only the Europe league.

Much will be expected from him and he knows he has to do more in order to be successful and be a mainstay in the team even after next season. The chance given to him to continue been the coach of the team requires him to give more than what he did as of last season. He can do better but until the season begins, we can’t really say how well he’ll be by next season.


Eric Ten Hag is a coach that most teams will like to have in their club, his presence in Manchester United hasn’t been that bad and has won in every season a trophy. He just haven’t been able to make it to the top of the premier league fight to be a major contender in the league. But his success and how the Manchester United team have farewell at the end of every season speaks well of his performance. He will missed if he leaves now, I still him with the potential of making it this season and finish the league on a higher note than last season.

With the success of Manchester United defeating Manchester City in the FA Cup final, it made Manchester United get a Europa League ticket for next season. With these results too, Erik ten Hag is still safe to be the manager of Manchester United for one more season. But at least, I hope Erik ten Hag is still able to make Manchester United have good performance and results next season because if not, then of course Erik ten Hag will be fired.

UEL in the next season will be full of competition. Indeed, Manchester United must be able to show their best game and not to disappoint all fans. In order to reach the important round in the UEL next season even if he doesn't win the UEL trophy, Ten Hag must focus on developing players so they can play as expected.

I don't see him being able to create a good relationship between players, or players and himself. Because since he arrived there have always been rumors of not wearing clothes coming from them, which was worse when Cristiano Ronaldo was still around. When he did interviews, on several occasions he also blamed players more often when they couldn't win. The coach shouldn't do that, because the coach should be able to look after the players. Even though it is true that they are the ones playing on the field, blaming the players is still unwise.
Sancho played well when he played at Borussia Dortmund, whereas when he played for Manchester United, he couldn't show that. Will he be able to play well after he returns to Manchester United? that's still a question. And if he can't show something good after returning to Manchester United, then I can say there is something wrong within Manchester United.

Eric Teh Hag will definitely improve the team and I am expecting to see a good performance from the team. The reason why I said so is that it seems Eric Ten Hag is creating a good relationship with the players because he was able to convince Sancho to comeback to united and he has successfully achieved that because there was reports that Sancho have resumed training with United players in old Trafford and he has abandoned the offer from Juventus and Dortmund who wanted to sign him permanently for the club because he is on loan in Dortmund.

This is a good development, also United have bought three new players to add to the ones they ha e in order to strengthen the team's performance next season. United might surprise us in Europa League next season.

Manchester United has trusted Eric Ten Hag since he was still retained as coach there. Perhaps because he succeeded in bringing Manchester United to win the FA Cup championship which made them qualify for the Europa League, Manchester United officials gave Ten Hag the opportunity to form an even stronger team. Eric Ten Hag is currently having full support from the Manchester United for having things to settle because if we have nothing like this he is having no on this job until now, but one thing is clear if he fails to deliver then most chances he will be sacked soon without any wait because now things are on deadline where he is having no option other than perform well and have good results Europa League early rounds could be not problem for them with real challenge will be started when we have teams from the Champions League, so this will bring some challenging situation.

Even most chances he will be able to have some development from last year, and surely we can expect as he is doing changes he will be able to have some better results as well but still this all is just hopes and predictions real test will be started after the start of next season and battle will be fought on grounds.

He knows his worth obviously and is confident about himself, it has nothing to do with remorse. I can a whole lot of people still have taken this stuff, so pained that Erik Ten Hag still remains his job and contract with the club.
He is a tactically sound coach that's for sure and will do better this season. One thing I don't understand is why Manchester United fans cannot back their manager, because he had issues Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho, LMAO!

A big club like Bayern Munich was interested in him, they was hoping he gets sacked by Manchester United so they could grab him immediately, if a big club like Bayern Munich would be interested in him with so much potentials then, I don't know why Manchester United management nor fand would want to sack him. Ajax was another club that was also hoping he returns.
