Inasmuch as every player of a team in fit for a match I don't think any match should be undermined, Leverkusen awesome performance so far might actually be as a result of the fact that their key players are fit for their matches but reserving players in matches that the club feels it's less competitive is not advisable. They should keep presenting their most consistent players in matches and they should also consider signing more players to the club as replacement should incase any of their key players gets injured.

The European competition might not really go as you are predicting Leverkusen to reach finals because there are also more tactical and experienced teams in the Europa league so their ability to make it to final is not really certain but they should keep on the energy they started with and they will record a commendable result in the league.

I think this time the discussion might be different, to be honest. Bayer Leverkusen is looking like a complete team this season. I know a lot of people have talked about a lot of teams in the same manner in the last 11 years in the Bundesliga. And in the end, nothing actually happened. Never the less, talking about how formidable Leverkusen has grown this season, in Al honesty, it's really tremendous how they had a different game style this season and has been really good.

Back here in the Europa, they have lost non of their group games so far and I could say they are almost qualified for me because they are topping their group with a very good point already, they are aswell outperforming other teams in their group too well, so far I think Liverpool and Roma will be tho only team who could be challenging to Leverkusen in the Europa pending when others from UCL will join them.

What you said is also quite clear as to what I have been thinking all this time, because everyone has probably seen how Liverpool underwent this season full of surprises and quite interesting performances in the Premier League and also the European League. So I thought that it would be easier for Liverpool to win the Europa League this season than the Premier League this season, because in the Premier League there are many great competitors who are more difficult for Liverpool to face. Liverpool and Europa analysis.
Although Liverpool is in the Europa League but they are not Europa League candidates. They are purely champions league candidates and that is why have projected for long to be the Europa League champions.
Some people are saying that other clubs that will be relegated from the champions league will have the chances of winning the Europa League more than Liverpool but I doubt that prediction so much. Even if Manchester United goes to Europa they cannot beat Liverpool with their present condition.

Ajax Amsterdam is having a season away from its former spotlight. The players are not playing well at all. They are having one of the worst seasons in recent years both in the league and the European league. It is impossible not to feel sorry for the situation the team, which is a factory for young players, is in. I hope Ajax recovers as soon as possible.

Overall we certainly understand very well how Laverkusen performance has improved this season and last season under the control of Xabi Alonso, but management must be prepared for other realities and must open their eyes wide in the january transfer window. Many european clubs want to sign their top players, so I think Xabi will have to take a stand to convince them to stay.

It would be better if Laverkusen management supported Xabi financially to further increase the depth of the current squad, because the competition in the second half of the season will be more difficult and requires balance in every line. Actually, the defeat in the first round ended with a narrow 3-2 win for Freiburg and I actually still predict that Olimpiakos can turn things around in the second round. But indeed, Freiburg is the favorite because it is directly supported by the fans at home and that will make Freiburg even more confident in being able to beat Olimpiakos.
