Bayern Leverkusen is currently a formidable and very promising team to win either trophies and I think that's their target this season, they play like they really want to end the season with a trophy because when we compare their performance in both leagues, they are doing really good topping at not leagues.
Imagine if Leverkusen can become a trilogy (win Bundesliga, Europa and DFB Pokal) this really a huge achievement for them since they haven't get any trophy since 1992. Do you think which is the easiest league from the three league I mentioned before? I choose Europa league because seeing Bayern Munich to lose looks impossible lol.

Leverkusen have been in great form this season. They hold  the top spot in the Bundesliga. They are 2 points ahead of Bayern Munich. And the team is consistently performing well in every match. On the other hand, he is playing very well in the Europe League  matches. It's hard to say which title will be easier for Leverkusen to win. Because there are strong teams  like Liverpool and Atalanta  in Europa League. So winning the Europa League title is not an easy task. I would say if Leverkusen only focuses on the Bundesliga then maybe the team can dominate the Bundesliga this season. Because their team is very strong this season.

For me, there are only two teams in this group phase that are ideal as strong candidates. We can already guess that it is none other than Liverpool and Leverkusen. However, so far, only Leverkusen has appeared consistently in both the domestic league and this competition. As for Slavia Prague, I doubt they will be able to make it far into the next stages. However, their chances of qualifying for this group phase and even becoming group winners are wide open. I think if Mourinho didn't use his defense against Slavia Prague, Roma could have beaten them even in an away game.

Apart from that, several teams that are likely to drop out of the Champions League have begun to appear, although they are still difficult to predict. However, several teams that failed in the Champions League will give color to this competition in the race for the title. Also, there is another English team that cannot be underestimated, namely Brighton. De Zerbi's squad is very difficult to predict. Not infrequently, when this team plays against stronger opponents, Brighton is always able to keep up.

Another team in the same group as Brighton, namely Marseille. At least, their chances of qualifying for the round of 16 are quite big, especially since they are in first place in Group B. Even though they are only separated by points, this does not close their chances. For me, these two teams are quite worthy of attention.

Sometimes we see surprising teams at a really high level in a European competition such as the Europa League or the Champions League. I also don't believe in Slavia Prague to be such example as I said but maybe we might have such surprise in this year. For example it was really nice to see Villarreal making it to the Champions League semi-finals in the 2021/22 season.  Smiley

Why not we see another example in the Europa League this time?  Grin  But for that surprising team I don't have my choice of a team that I trust yet.

Instead it would be nice to see Villarreal climbing to the top here also. They have a good history in the recent years here like winning the title in the 2020/21 season.

It is not the time yet to talk about what Bayer Leverkusen will achieve. The "if" is still very big here. In the Europa League I think everyone who remembers the games against Roma knows that they should have easily won against Roma, if it wasn't for Mourinho's defensive tactics to prevail and be lucky in the end and win that semifinal. This year Leverkusen plays even better and that is why they definitely belong to the top group in the Europa League competition.

Bayern Leverkusen has really shown impressive performance in their campaign this season both in the bundesliga and in the European competition and I must say that with the kind of energy they've unveiled so far this season, I see them likely to achieve one of the trophies this season, either the Bundesliga or the Europa League though it seems too early to make predictions of teams that will emerge the season's winner but a good beginning can lead to a good ending as Bayern Leverkusen has started very well and it's expected of them to end very well.

When compared to how well they did performed last season, it's obvious they have improved way better than they were last season and with their performance they are most likely to qualify for the champions league because they have been able to maintain top position in their domestic league and back here in the Europa they are at the top of their group winning all their home games in the Europa so far.

Leverkusen is showing a very good performance in both competitions Europa LEague and Bundesliga, they dont lose a single game, but the problems with this teams is, when they are gonna have the dump in the season? some times the not so big teams have that dump in critical phase of the tournaments and they ended up going out having only one or two bad games.
Losing to compete when the season has reached the end is like a nightmare for teams that only occasionally appear impressive in a league, as experienced by Dortmund when they had to accept failure in the final match last season, maybe we will also see the same thing with Bayern Leverkusen, although not rule out the possibility of something like that not happening.
Bayern Leverkusen must always be alert in every match because once they drop from first place in the standings it will be difficult to move up because Bayern Munich this season is in a very different condition to last season, this season they are unbeaten and very productive with their new striker and their liner defense is difficult for opposing attackers to penetrate.
But at least so far we have not seen any decline from Bayern Leverkusen and Xabi Alonso will implement the right strategy to keep his team unbeaten to become Bundesliga champions and go further in the European league, and whether I see it, the European league will be easier for them to conquer than the Bundesliga considering how they were last season in this competition and with a more mature squad they will be able to achieve better things.

Leverkusen had a very smooth run in the group stages and now they are comfortably at the top of the table with perfect points from the 4 matches they have plyed. If they can maintain what they've shown so far, I'd also say they'll win the title this season. But of course if talking about it is still too far away, the article their journey is also still very long, both in the Europa League and in the domestic league, the Bundesliga.
It's incredible what they are showing now and of course it will be more of a concern for their current coach, Leverkusen.

Yes, Leverkusen performance is incredible, they are unbeaten both in Bundesliga and Europa League. In my opinion, there are 3 attackers of Leverkusen who have a big role to support the great performance of Leverkusen so far. They are Florian Wirtz, Victor Boniface, and Jonas Hofmann. As long as these players can always be in a good condition, I think Leverkusen can continue their good performance. Honestly, I expect more about their good performance until the end of the season that expect about their dump (decrease in performance).

Leverkusen has looks amazing so far, it's performance hasn't look inconsistent, but we can see at the end of the season whether Leverkusen remain consistentcy like this and if Leverkusen manages to winning the season title with a position just above Bayern Munich, it mean that Leverkusen performanced is no longer in doubt and can be improved say Leverkusen's strength is almost equal to Bayern Munich. We can see that in their previous meeting they played with a draw of 2: 2.
If Leverkusen continues to perform impressively like this, it is not impossible that Leverkusen will win its first title in the Bundesliga under the leadership of Xabi Alonso.

Not only these 3 players, Leverkusen also has a defender who can be relied on to create goals for Leverkusen, namely Alex Grimaldo, he is a key player thats Leverkusen currently has. Both a defender and an attacker, which means this player has multitalented, Xabi Alonso doesn't just rely on one player meaning their performance will remain good if they do not experience injury problem.

Unless they have injury problems in the squad, they are not going to perform badly. If the players are healthy, they are going to continue performing well till the end of the season. Even if they do not win the Bundesliga title, they are going to finish in the second position of the table. And honestly, I'm not going to be surprised if they actually end up winning the Bundesliga title. Right now, it seems doable for them. They are also going to perform well in the other competitions as well. They just have to follow the plan and not get ahead of themselves.

The only reason Leverkusen is among the top teams in the Europa League competition is because of their consistent performance in the Bundesliga and Europa League. Obviously, they played better than last season, due to their good performance they were able to dominate the Bundesliga League standings and qualify for the last 16 of the Europa League as group winners. Leverkusen is not the only elite team in this competition, Liverpool also has the opportunity to be at the forefront. Other teams that are eliminated from the UCL can also provide competition, I think it's too quick to make predictions about who will ultimately become champions because the competition has not yet entered the semifinals or finals.

Definitely I'm very optimistic that Liverpool will finish bon a good note and most likely they will qualify for the champions league by the end of this season even in the Europa they are aswell doing well enough and topping their group and are definitely qualifying to the next stage of the Europa.

Liverpool has also been really outstanding and salaha has been really brilliant and outstanding he has scored over five goals so far in the premier league, there are speculations he might be leaving the team by next season and if he does it's definitely going to affect Liverpool negatively, just like it did after Sergio mane left the team aswell, few seasons back when manes and Salaha were both at the front line of Liverpool, they have both magical with their performances then.
Well I am happy that you also have hard the same line of thoughts towards Liverpool in this season and this is due to their recent performances that have shown a lot of sign that they will finish the season strong and well too,  and Liverpool's previous title holders have all that it takes to make up for the lost glory of the clubs,  since the club have performed below standard in the last one to two. Season back.

So for them to have established this recent fit in the league,  it makes much sense than ever and for that, the club will definitely be breaking new records,  salah departure from the club affected them much,  but thank goodness they're recovering and it points all to the good efforts for the new coach and players who are working as a team to bring the success to light.
Considering the performance of Liverpool since the start of the season, I think it's safe to say that the Reds are definitely gonna play in the UEFA Champions League competition next season and their qualification will either come from winning the Europa League this season or finishing in the top four of the English Premier League table.
It's still very much early to predict he favorite team that'll win the Europa League this season since other big clubs will be joining the knockout stages of the competition from the UEFA Champions League group stage but at the moment, I think Liverpool are currently the best side in the competition.

So far so good,  Liverpool has had a favourable season this season since the beginning of the season I have viewed Liverpool's performance to be likened to their performance in the 2021 season when the club was almost topping the third position before they lost some key players some due to injuries and others by transfers to other clubs,  but all the same, Liverpool have shown a lot of positive signs in this season and there is no doubt that some similar clubs may stand as opposition to them but in the end, I believe Liverpool will end the current season on a good note.

There are still two matches left in the Champions League group stage before the third-placed team will play in the European league. Man United's chances of becoming runners-up will be quite difficult because they will face Galatasaray and Bayern Munich so it is more realistic when they fight to finish in third place. Football can always give rise to surprises, but if you look at the opportunities and quality of play they currently have, it will be difficult for Man United to qualify for the round of 16 especially many of the players they currently have are injured.

Sevilla is also experiencing setbacks and currently they still have two points and are in the bottom position in the group standings. The effort to play in the European league may still be quite big as long as they can take third place and maybe this target is not too difficult because Sevilla knows how they have to play to qualify for the European League.

We agree with what you said for Manchester United, especially since several of their players have been injured again. Although actually, I haven't fully looked for information regarding the injuries suffered by Eriksen and Hoojlund against Luton. even though several United players have recovered from injuries ahead of the Galatasaray match, it will be difficult for Erik Ten Hag's squad to perform optimally when they visit Galatadaray's headquarters in Turkey. also, the final match against Bayern Munich.

To be honest, I don't want to discourage United fans, but with the current situation and condition of United's game, it will be difficult for the Red Devils to win their last two matches in the Champions League group phase. Then, will they finish in 3rd place to have a ticket to the playoffs of this competition?  There is very little hope, even though in football it is always difficult to predict.  There is no other way, apart from just following their progress in every match, especially in the Champions League.

As for Sevilla, it seems their fate will end the same as United.
Now, they are at the bottom with only 2 points. as for the match against PSV, it is not certain that Sevilla will be able to get out of the pressure and win the match. Apart from that, the last match will be at Lens headquarters. What is certain is that this team's chances are not like last season. It is very likely that Sevilla will resign in the Champions League group phase and will not have the opportunity to appear in the Europa League competition. but, as I said, in football it is unique. We'll see, every match they play.

Liverpool falling short with Toulouse shown that they aren’t the most consistent team in this year’s edition of The Europa League, Xabi Alonso’s Bayern Leverkusen has proven to be a very consistent team in Europe both in the league and across the Europa League and that’s a very big threat to clubs in the Europa League.

Liverpool are pretty favorites to win this year’s edition but I think we wait till after the Round of 32 before we make our choices, Liverpool are really a good side and have really succeeded in Europe over the past years and they’re a team to watch out for especially wanting to steal the trophy and get UCL spot next season, well asideswinning the trophy Liverpool's chances of qualifying for the UCL next season is very high.

Liverpool did not perform well against Toulouse, but I believe they did not exert enough effort because they had already qualified for the next round. If they play against LASK, they will defeat them and qualify because they are the only strong team in the group with Toulouse. I am just thinking about how Leverkusen is in good form this season and how they can win the Europa League and the Bundesliga league this season because they are the only club that has not lost a match in the Europa League But let's wait until the round of 16 after some champion league clubs migrate to the Europa League to see who will win the trophy this season, because how am seeing Liverpool can't win the Europa League this season, they should just try to finish in the top four in the Premier League and qualify for the Champions League next season.

Talking about consistency i don’t agree with your claims, Liverpool are not the most consistent team in the Europa league so far because they lost a match to toulouse and to talk about consistency results should be the first thing you should think of. It is so obvious and i think Bayern Liverkursen are the most consistent team in the Europa league this season because they have managed to win all their matches so far in the league and they are the only team with 12 points so far.

Concluding that Liverpool are the favorites to win the cup is too early in my opinion because there are also good teams in the league and again you should be aware that teams that gets knocked out of the champions league will join them in the next round making it more challenging for them to be the favorites. I am not condemning their performance, they are good and they have improved well in recent games and they are one of the favorites to win the Europa title.
Of course Leverkusen is the most consistent team where they have won 4/4 matches so far. There are two other matches awaiting them in the group stage and it doesn't seem like they will have any problems maintaining their winning consistency. Liverpool are better than Leverkusen in terms of probability of getting to the final, but I hope this will change once all the teams enter the knockout phase of the season.

If there is a team that can be expected to progress to the final this season, then I think Liverpool should be one of them. The rest is not very hopeful, although several teams that failed in the Champions League could become favorites in the Europa League this season. I believe in Liverpool's quality and ability, but do not underestimate other teams fighting for the same title.

Liverpool are the only team who are coming out to be so consistent in the Europa league this season

Talking about consistency i don’t agree with your claims,

The beauty about European competitions is that it is a no brainer; Europa league does not care if you have a world class team, Europa league does not care if you are a consistent team; its a knock out competition where the winner takes it all. the winner doesn't have to be the better team. And this is why Sevilla and Villarreal have won the trophy alot in recent times because they excel at winning ugly.

The thing is, which current crop of players and clubsides can win the Europa league against all odds?

Don't you know? In fact, Liverpool has got 1 defeat in this group stage and that means, Liverpool is not the only consistent team in this moment. Because after all, there are also teams like Marseille and Atalanta who have not lost so far in this group stage. But also, in fact, there is something even better then them, and that is Bayer Leverkusen who have managed to have wins in all their matches in this Europa League. So, saying Liverpool is the only consistent team in the Europa League is a fallacy, because the fact is Bayer Leverkusen is the only consistent team at this moment even for all competitions Bayer Leverkusen managed to be unbeaten so far.
