Barcelona have improved their lineup with Aubameyang two weeks before their Napoli game in the Europa League in Camp Nou. But he might need some time to adapt also. Barcelona will hope him to start playing decently before this game. Because Barcelona's situation is not very good in the La Liga and there is a chance for them not to qualify for the Champions League. Considering that, they might need to get themselves secured by winning the Europa League title as they would qualify for the Champions League group stage directly.
This is an opportunity for Aubameyang to play in the Europe League this season. I think he is a good player, which Barcelona will definitely benefit from. Surely, he will be included in the match against Napoli. Barcelona have to be well prepared for this game, because it is going to be really tough. However, Barcelona's performance in the La Liga is not stable, but I think they have possibility of ending their League in the top 4, which will also secure a space for them in the Champion League group stage next season.

Aubameyang is definitely a player that improves the specific situation Barcelona is in it right now. I have no idea for how long he will be able to perform on a top level, but right now he brings in the dynamic that Barcelona once used to have when Henry was still playing. If Dembele can also deliver, they have some incredible speed within their offense. Could be a big plus for them right now.
Looks optimist with Barcelona after get sign Aubameyang and they have chance to pass quarter final, I think easy how to make Napoli out early on UEFA Europa League with many new player on Barcelona they can make everything will be possible. I see have full team with Barcelona just waiting how new player get good touch and have working team each other between Aubameyang and Dembele will be regular player.

Barcelona choice to bring in Aubameyang was the right thing, moreover Aubameyang would be able to be registered by Barcelona because this season Arsenal did not play in the European competition, so Aubameyang could easily be included by Barcelona to the European League against Napoli later, in my opinion, Arsenal style of play and Barcelona are not much different, the two teams have been playing short ball passes from foot to foot and prefer to play by relying on the collectivity of the team in their game, so I don't think Aubameyang will need a long time to adapt to Barcelona style of play later.

I think Aubameyang in last 1-2 years is in bad form and has no motivation at all at Arsenal. This has been his main problem. He is an elite player and maybe moving to Barcelona will open a new chapter and hopefully a more positive one and that we see him playing in top form again.

Well I still hope so too, maybe Barcelona will buy him out then? If he plays well, of course. I think he got bored playing in England, so he stopped showing his level of play, he can hardly do anything without desire. He's gone on loan, hasn't he? Because I'm confused. They have the Europa League trophy on the line and I think he will connect, start playing well and take his first title at Barcelona. If he's lucky)

I see so many people are excited about the signing of many strikers by Barcelona, but their problems don't mostly like in the striking line. The issue is the defense is most cases, which has proven to be shaky and leaky.

With all the strikers they have, it's obvious most of them are going to warm the bench.

In my opinion, Porto is obviously better than Lazio. And in Barcelona versus Napoli match, I think it would be a tough one to call but I think Barcelona can beat Napoli if they can give their hundred percent. But it is obviously going to be hard to achieve.

Of course Porto is stronger than Lazio, plus thanks to the situation in the championship they have a winning mentality. And if you look at Lazio and how many goals they conceded, then we can assume that Porto will win with a big score. As for the second pair, I think Napoli are stronger in all respects and the quotes of the bookmakers (which paint Barcelona as the favorite) are nothing more than a reflection of the opinion of the crowd.

It doesn't seem much like a tough game to me. From the way its looking, Porto is the better team here, Lazio is good too but, I don't consider them good enough to eliminate Porto. Although, there is room for surprises but again, should you look at there domestic league, Porto is way ahead on top while, Lazio is far 8th spot. Anyway, the Serie A is by far a difficult league when matched with the Portugal's premeira.
A game to watch out for would be Barcelona vs Napoli. While Barcelona still stuggles, Napoli has been at ots best and could best Barcelona still.

Actually, I was not expecting that. But nothing to be surprised about in my opinion because Arsenal in recent times has clearly shown that they have much more faith in their younger squad there than the experienced ones.

I think that's positive. Young people often work more in the field, because they want to show what they are capable of. They still don't have vices and usually don't think they're stars.

One thing that English football is good at is betting on young people with ease. If Arsenal are making that bet and having positive results, they have no reason to stop following that path.

I don't think Aubameyang is doing very well with Barcelona right now. Aubameyang may be talented and experienced, but adapting to new teams and players requires time for all players. Moreover, we all know that Aubameyang did not get a chance to play too many matches for Arsenal. For a long time he did not participate in any match. So I don't see any reason to think that he will play well when he suddenly enters the field with the Barcelona team. I don't think Barcelona will get a good performance from Aubameyang this season.

This observation is interesting, given the news that is now emerging as to why he left Arsenal.
Apparently, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang clarified that his departure from Arsenal and going to Barcelona is linked to problems with the coach of Mikel Arteta.
Perhaps Arsenal now have more peace in the dressing room. Sometimes these changes have very positive effects.

I don’t know how the transition will affect him, but most likely scoring goals in La Liga is easier than in the EPL, so this transition is beneficial for him. It is a separate question how quickly he can fit into Barcelona's scheme with endless ball control - in the EPL he is used to more intense play in attack, now he will have to rebuild.
Yes, this might take a little time because even the Barcelona squad is getting used to their new play style. But, I expect him to get used to things quickly, at least for Barcelona's sake. Because they need to win consistently.

We are two weeks before the 1/16-finals games. And the most interesting draw is obviously the Barcelona - Napoli one. This is like a Champions League draw actually as both of them are big teams in the end. But their inadequate performances have brought them to this tournament. And lately, Barcelona have started getting close to Napoli's level in performance I think. It looks like Barcelona have solved their striker problem with Aubameyang also which means they can be more capable of scoring many goals in a game from now on. I'm looking forward to watching a huge rivalry here. And I think that Barcelona might be the side to qualify for the next stage.
Aubameyang is a good player who has been linked with Real Madrid before and now Barcelona have him, but I don't think he is young anymore. I think he can still contribute to Barcelona this season when not many other players can match his attacking qualities. He will earn a place at Barcelona and maybe he will help the team more this season.

Although I think Aubameyang also needs time to adapt but I hope he will help the team a lot to win the games they are still playing this season. This signing shows that Barcelona still wants to compete to get back to their best until the end of the season.

I wouldn't say Aubameyang is that good. At Arsenal he has played poorly recently to say the least, and I don't think he will strengthen Barcelona. No, maybe he'll play up at Barcelona, start showing a level, maybe he's just tired/he's tired of playing in England? Maybe, but personally I don't believe in him yet. In any case, better him than nothing

Exactly, I know that and that's why Arsenal don't need him anymore this season. I know the stats that Aubameyang has had this season at Arsenal and it has dropped a lot compared to the previous few seasons. He is no longer able to play at the high level he was a few seasons ago, but I still believe he can help Barcelona score goals this season.

Aubameyang has only played 14 times this season at Arsenal and has registered 4 goals and 1 assist. He's not done yet and maybe he can improve his form at Barcelona if he's really needed by a team that's been in a slump this season. I hope he can prove it well because his first game is getting closer.

I hope so too. Maybe a change of scenery, a change of coach, a change of team will help him play with new colours. In previous seasons his name was often on everyone's lips because he played really well and if I'm not mistaken, his name was constantly on the list of top scorers (right?). I hope that this will improve the situation at Barcelona and the player himself.

Another big matchup in this round of the tournament is Porto - Lazio of course. We should be watching a great rivalry between them in both games. It is not easy to predict which side is ahead here. Porto are really good in their domestic league now. But I can't say it for the European tournaments. They have been out of the Champions League group stage. However their group was really tough too. They should still be grateful for not being eliminated completely from the European tournaments for this season. And Lazio are doing a decent job in the Serie A. Their group stage performance here wasn't a very bad one also. I think both of the games will end by a close score and Lazio might eliminate them maybe.
Even if compared to the previous competition in UCL Porto is still better than Milan, we can see that in the group stage of UCL Porto can still place itself in 3rd place. Although indeed, their gap is very close, but wasn't it yesterday that Milan was also in good form in Serie A? certainly better than Lazio. Here Porto will play against Lazio which I think, Porto still has a chance to get rid of Lazio too but I am not underestimating anyone here because for me it will still be a difficult prediction.
The logic is pretty good and it's true in any way, of course, Porto has the upper hand.
even though lazio is one of the teams that deserves to be reckoned with in Serie A, but porto is something different here.
I think it will be a pretty tough match for lazio and indeed the chances of them winning are definitely smaller.
it will be safer if you keep the bet on the port side I think
