So it was a 1-1 in the end between Leipzig and Atalanta and i would say that this is a fair result for both teams. Leipzig has a great squad in my opinion but Atalanta is playing a very organized and well structured football at the moment and can be dangerous for every team that is still in the Europa League. The second leg will be an interesting game and it's still 50/50 which one of the two teams will advance into the next round.
Frankfurt vs. Barcelona is also starting now and this has the potential to be an exciting game. Barcelona is definitely the favorite but Frankfurt has already proven in the past that they are able to win against big clubs too.

Leipzig vs Atalanta looks like it the draw was deserved. Both had roughly the same number of shots and possesion.

Barcelona of course is the favorite against Frankfurt. West Ham should also be able to win at home against Lyon. Braga vs Rangers is more balanced. We have seen before that the Rangers can be good for a surprise!

Atalanta were not bad in the first half and they have a 1 goal advantage so far. Leipzig are a strong team but Atalanta came to win today and will probably make that happen at home to Leipzig.

Although many think that Leipzig will win at home, I think Atalanta can make it lose by more than 2 goals. I will enjoy this match while waiting for the next interesting match between Eintracht Frankfurt against Barcelona.

If the players had been more fortunate, then the score would have already been 1-3 in favor of Atalanta. I admit I'm surprised as I expected Leipzig's advantage but at the moment they deservedly lose. I wonder if the game will change after the break.
It seems to me that the bet on Barcelona is unprofitable. Now it has come to the point where an "unexpected" result happens and statistically it is fully justified.

And Atalanta got ahead by 1-0 in the game in the 17th minute. This is an important advantage for them I think. There is a balanced game for now but I think Leipzig will start increasing their attempts in the second half. They wouldn't like to hand a big advantage over to Atalanta in the first leg already. I believe they will score the equalizer sooner or later.

Braga - Rangers is going to be one of the most competitive games of the night. For the first leg, I'm going to be favouring Braga to win honestly. I see them one step ahead after seeing their performance against Monaco here in the previous round. Rangers are a weaker team than Monaco normally. But as they have reached this level, they are no team to be underestimated from now on. If Braga give the same level of importance to this game too, they can get a win by one goal I think.
