Is it just me or do I feel Leon Edwards is scared inside he is showing the spirit of a fighter but he can not hide his trembling when you look at his hands it kind of gives a trembling vide on him while Kamaru Usman is just calm and ready to do this, that is what I see when I watch the Press Conference It is really a simple one just the 4 fighters non-other else was there,

And with the Weigh-in we still got 22 hours left and I got to see this first before I can get my pick and bet on there, because if there are missed weigh there are some advantages with certain fighters when it comes to wrestling they could just rely on their weight to do its bidding, so that was it,

I have noticed it aswell Leon Edwards looks shaking but I really don't know if that is trembling because of fear or excitement you know some fighters can not contain how they feel, and if this is trembling for excitement then you can say that Leon Edwards is ready here, but if it is trembling with fear, then I guess that is just it was all fighters should have fear if you don't know fear at all that will be dangerous aswell for a fighter, we got to have both fear and confidence,

@owengtam09
The way Usman is calm like that during the press conference is how he always is. So I don't blame Leon acting scared and looking erratically at times. He knew he got extremely lucky with that shin kick to the head he did to win the title.
But I was going with an Usman win due to the hype but now am leaning towards Edwards since the odds are more favorable for a bettor to take also he will be fighting in his home countries arena. Raised in Birmingham, England but born from Kingston, Jamaica. And why not, he is the Champion.

About the other matches it seems the rumors about Justin Gaethje were just this, false information, as the media has found it all to be not true.
https://www.bloodyelbow.com/2021/6/15/22534678/ufc-mma-news-interview-twitter-justin-gaethje-retirement-rumor-fight
But I am still going for a Rafael Fiziev win even before the second round. He is just a that explosive in his fights.

I have a few others which I am sure are winning their matches and will put together an acca for all my selections for this UFC 286 event just before the event begins so to get some advantage in the odds closer to the start.

Good luck to all who are placing any bets on this major MMA event in just a couple of days.

It is amusing how calm Kamaru Usman is in the Press Conference surely yes this is really normal to him, but I am still torn I would likely want to change my pick and bet for Leon Edwards but surely it is all pertaining that Kamaru Usman is in the advantage, but I am really curious in what Leon Edwards will do, now for me, you can not see what will Leon Edwards is planning or what he will do next, this is likely a great fight to watch because it is unpredictable but I am having my doubts that is why,

Marvin Vettori VS Roman Dolidze

PRELIMINARY CARD

And here is the Multi-Master Challenge,

In all of that fight these 5 that I left for me can surely outstand in this event, but surely I could be wrong, but yeah I might go with Leon Edwards and get his luck back again, in winning this, but you can not look behind the domination of Usman in those 3 rounds,

while the Justin Gaethje fight will be very epic, Justin Gaethje has shown have good striking and also have control over his opponent, but for Rafael Fiziev, this could be a great opportunity to show what he can truly do in this fight,

I like those fights and am anticipating them as well. Justin Gaethje VS Rafael Fiziev & Marvin Vettori VS Roman Dolidze both look like bangers of a fight and being hard to decide who will win makes them just that. Pure bangers to behold come fight time!

Here is a video from The Fighting Business which was just released within the hour they do these type of minimovies before each good UFC Main Event now:

The expected trilogy will be this week. The match will be in Europe, which means that I can watch the match live at midnight, which is very good, it will be good to watch this trilogy live. There are other good matches on the card. In this trilogy, Usman won the first game, and in the second game, he had made it all the way to the last round very neatly, and he probably won, but that unexpected kick from Edwards completely shattered him. In the third game, Usman will be more careful, I'm sure he will not drop his head forward again. I think he can win with the decision of the referee. It would be very interesting if Edward does a TKO again, of course, but I don't feel it's going to happen.

Pretty much I think Kamaru Usman will very likely be over-protective with that kind of kick from now on, He surely knows how powerful Leon Edward's kick is, and he will surely approach Edwards very differently this time I think Leon Edwards will surely improve his wrestling just like what he had shown on their round 1 fight, but I think Kamaru Usman will likely be upgrading his wrestling game aswell, because of what Edwards is shown on round 1 there are many aspects that Kamaru Usman's camp will likely be enhancing here and I think they will surely give a different game plan or a more different approached with the champion Leon Edwards maybe a more well-rounded Usman just like he has shown on round 2 to 4, and likely a more submission attempts for him, but likely Edwards will be ready aswell,

Notable fights that I recommend watching

Justin Gaethje VS Rafael Fiziev, Marvin Vettori VS Roman Dolidze and lastly Muhammad Mokaev VS Jafel Filho.

Right now the next event this week is the UFC 286 and it is one tasty event, Leon Edwards needs to prove that he is the real champion while Kamaru Usman would need to get his belt back, it was a fitting rematch because their 1st match was a decision loss against Usman the 2nd fight was a KO/TKO win for Edwards and right now this is really the real deal and whoever wins this is the true champion,

So here are the full card for the upcoming event,

Thanks for linking the betting page, i've gone for Petr Yan for the main event and then Alexandr Romanov for the co-main event which is more than enough to push the odds at around 2.30.  Cheesy

Others were saying Merab will have a hard time since it won't be easy for him to execute his wrestling skills against Petr Yan.

So sorry about your loss it was really a hard fight but not for Merab Dvalishvili but for Petr Yan on the start of the fight Merab Dvalishvili was so explosive with his takedown attempts that Petr Yan likely can not think ahead on what he will do, just like his fight with Aljamain Sterling Petr Yan was truly exposed he needs to get real help and created a team that he fully trust and stay there, this will be a hard come back for him, that is why I really don't trust him anymore after his lost to Aljamain Sterling the 2nd time he was truly exposed,

Here are the results for my picks for this event,

MAIN EVENT

Petr Yan VS Merab Dvalishvili - ROUND 5 DECISION - WIN

CO-MAIN EVENT

Alexander Volkov VS Alexandr Romanov - ROUND 1 KO/TKO - LOST

MAIN CARD

Nikita Krylov VS Ryan Spann - ROUND 1 SUBMISSION - WIN
Ricardo Ramos VS Austin Lingo - CANCELLED - Ramos Missed Weight
Said Nurmagomedov VS Jonathan Martinez ROUND 3 DECISION - LOST
Mario Bautista VSGuido Cannetti - ROUND 1 SUBMISSION - WIN
Vitor Petrino VS Anton Turkalj - ROUND 3 DECISION  - WIN

PRELIMINARY CARD

Łukasz Brzeski VS Karl Williams - ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN
Raphael Assunção VS Davey Grant - ROUND 3 SUBMISSION - WIN
Sedriques Dumas VS Josh Fremd - ROUND 2 SUBMISSION - LOST
JJ Aldrich VS Ariane Lipski - ROUND 3 DECISION - LOST
Tony Gravely VS Victor Henry - ROUND 3 DECISION - WIN

Alexa Grasso was practicing that exact same move to counter her patented spinning leg kick as Valentina always throws in every single match.
There was some video of her practicing this takedown before the match so she knew just how to beat her.
I placed my bet on her to outright win on a single but on another bookmaker so it was a good win and at fairly decent amount to win $250+ another $250 because of a double winnings for the result.
So these two separate losses on getting one-legged did not matter much to me in the end.

Yup! that is why she was on the southpaw, just to let Shevchenko throw that spinning kicks, and it was perfect timing for Alexa Grasso to get the back of Valentina Shevchenko, I bet on stake.com you can surely get double the price because Alexa Grasso is the brand ambassador for stake.com, that is why,

I really like Alexa Grasso in what she has accomplished I am surely proud of her, but she needs to train harder for the rematch because Shevchangko will be ready for her, and she definitely needs to invest more in her wrestling technique
So let's move on from here and pray that any bets made in the future are not incorrect by one leg to make it a bad bet to make.
Nice, you only got 2 losses, and it seems that you have got the Grasso fight aswell, congrats to you for making this much money but surely because of that losses it is a near parley win.

I surely have missed a lot of great events it was a super busy 2 weeks for me I couldn't make any posts recently I was really used to posting for MMA threads than with the other sports, anyway about the main fights Just like what my gut feeling would tell me that Jon Jones could win against Ciryl Gane even though Jon Jones doesn't have much experience with the Heavyweight he is used to Light Heavyweight that has more technical fighters than the usual brawl, so it is just easy for him to leap up a division, and Ciryl Gane's usual weakness was even exposed even further and this time Gane isn't accustomed to a guillotine choke and he hasn't noticed what Jone Jones is even doing lifting Gane's chin to set up for a choke, it was really a crazy fight

While Alexa Grasso was more technical in her fight with Valentina Shevchenko and this is just the 2nd win of Grasso with a submission, it was like she is preparing to give herself a new sub-skill and that is her ground game pretty much Alexa Grasso honed herself with the striking she has a pretty much great standing that dominates Shevchenko on the feet, and Shevchenko isn't aware that Grasso can also submit her, because in paper Grasso isn't really utilizing much with submission attempts, so there was really a surprise factor in her part,

I will surely not forget about this match, and now if Ciryl Gane's going to face a wrestler I think I could not trust Gane anymore, but there aren't any know wrestlers in the heavyweight division, and surely Jon Jones will dominate this for sure, I really feel sorry for Ciryl Gane even though he trained so much his wrestling techniques he is still no match for Jon Jones that has a more superior technique in wrestling and because of the number of wrestlers in the Light Heavyweight division he indeed got plenty of experience from there, for now, Ciryl Gane would need to hone those experience he felt in losing to Jones, just like I have said Gane is a learning fighter, this is a massive experience for him for sure,

I really like Alexa Grasso in what she has accomplished I am surely proud of her, but she needs to train harder for the rematch because Shevchangko will be ready for her, and she definitely needs to invest more in her wrestling technique

^^
Yes I was also going for a Gane win as both of my parlays lost because of that main event bout as you can see below:

A very eventful UFC 285 that did not disappoint. Every fight was good and it was quite predictable in making your parlays win.
If you bet on Alexa Grasso then with that one bet you were well into profit @7.60x odds when I took her a couple of days before the event started.
Didn't mind that Gane lost he just wasn't enough of a challenge for Jones even if he was coming back from a long absent from the octagon, it didn't matter to him and he continued on devastating his opponents one after the other.
He was the only match that I had wrong on my 7 selection parlay @25.54x or it would of been an even happier night for me at the UFC.

It was sad that I haven't made some bet for this event I am surely rooting for Jon Jones for this main event, but because I am busy I haven't made a quick bet for it, and with Alexa Grasso as well I was really rooting for her to win, and it feels really assuring that she will own that match for surely I have to move on forward for the next event and that was the UFC Fight Night

It was really a juicy event indeed, most of the fights ended in a submission I just got 2 wrong picks it was the Farid Basharat VS Da'Mon Blackshear fight, and sadly the Main Event the Jon Jones VS Ciryl Gane fight, and congrats if you also got the Valentina Shevchenko VS Alexa Grasso fight correctly, it was really a gambling fight for Grasso but it she win a juicy profit we would surely get, so it was really a worthy bet,

For that Gane VS Jones fight, because I was really happy about the profit over Alexa Grasso, I was not really upset when I've seen Ciryl Gane defeated, I was just frustrated about Gane not backing up what he said that he is not ready for wrestling, then where is it, it was clear that Jon Jones got into Gane's chin that led him to Guillotine him and it was really tight because Ciryl Gane have tapped immediately, that end up the fight, it was a 2 mins fight and I thought that Gane would show us a lot of things on this one all we see was utter defeat,
