Anyone have problems depositing with cryptsy? Been close to two hours and 120 confirmation but UTC not showing up yet. Did a deposit this morning and it took minutes to show up in cryptsy.

Yes, you can. Ihave 6x750ti and 2x 690.. both running and mining UTC.
Can UTC be mined with NVIDIA

Regarding http://ultracoinpool.info/ - please make it that way, so the difficulty starts at 2 or 4. Or if you wish to start at 16 and keep it that way, at least make it decline to lower values after a certain time. That will improve the performance of the less powerful miners out there.

What about Minecraft plugin? Is it in the pipeline? Now after Microsoft bought Mojang (Minecraft developer) this could be our shot.
