AFAIK we first need to update the codebase to latest bitcoin core codebase before introducing any new tech. I have proposed doing so before. For polo listing i agree with usukan, we can barely keep enough volume to stay on bittrex. It is more about tech development before volume comes in.

Current situation seems a bit like trying to catch a falling knife. I am trying to postpone my resupply buys as much as possible to buy even lower, but I know I will wake one day scratching my head when I see that price has rocketed.

Thanks for your suggestion on Segwit, Jiggy0001 - lets let the community discuss but its probably best to let Bitcoin test it first and its not altogether that popular so far in that community since its stuck at 25% adoption and many believe that it will be dropped before gaining any real use.

As for UltraCoin "returning" to Poloniex - its never been on Polo. UltraCoin was on Cryptsy but most of us know how that ended.
Until UTC gets a lot more volume its futile trying to get it listed on Polo. Polo list for profit from volume. Its more about volume first then other exchanges open up and some ideas have been floated on other exchange options.
