Motion to take over BIG and merge to 180sec

Block Reward: 36.00
Blocks: 8,956
Block Time: 10.00 minute(s)

(listed on Warz)

Full on abandonment by Dev it appears.  Great name.  Lots of pool ops have listed it.

[easiest to fix for now and leave at 10min until clean bill of health is issued THEN merge]

NOTE: mergers effect the leadcoin just as much as Dev or I0 effect BTC for those concerned with 'reputation ruboffs'.  This is more to do with sending a 'Big' signal that the 180sec network can have merged coins/side chain coins too!

Sold 10 Uno on Bittrex to get enough Btc to place a 10-Uno buy-order.

@ FK: I am paying attention. Won't have a penny to trade on Bittrex for a couple of weeks.

m
Thanks, IMZ, for taking action.

I'm not going to let this market go without a fight, so brace yourself for as many annoying messages like this as will be necessary. This is Bittrex! If you remember, it was a big effort for the community to get in there; it took months. We don't want Uno to lose it over a paltry .2 btc/day.

Look, I could buy/sell to myself all day long there to pad volume, but that won't help us.  They can see how many active traders there are in the market, so we can't just make things right at the last minute. Please, the rest of you, add some buy or sell orders there. Even very small orders on the books from many different people will help show broad community interest in their Uno market.  I see my own buy orders on the books there, and I'm telling you we really need more traders there. Place your orders where ever you want (way high, or way low, I don't care) but just get them out there.

I think a lot of coins left Bittrex after the September/October activity. Once we get this rolling, it will be self sustaining again. Let's get some orders on the books there, and we'll be fine.

Imz stepped up. Uno also needs you on Bittrex. Come on over.

AND:

"Announced in late August, the government-backed digital currency is widely believed to be an attempt to challenge the US dollar as the country's legal tender. The plan was approved in July in a session of the Ecuador's National Assembly, and ultimately banned the use of "stateless" digital currencies such as Bitcoin."

Draft Three:

A: a TT undertakes to 'immobilise' a sum of Uno -- we will clarify the 'mode of immobilisation' in a minute.

B: the DVC community understands that that immobilised Uno is the asset that backs a number DVC that will be in circulation. (So, the distributed vault would contain both bullion and immobilised Uno.)

C: the Bursar then issues DVC to the TT who has agreed to sequester, in an agreed manner, under some supervision, the Uno that backs that DVC

There are many details to clarify -- but is the principle here clear to readers?

Traders needed on Bittrex.  Let's pick up this market for Uno. Please pitch in and lets get this market trading at least .25 btc/day. That's only about $85/day.  Together we can sustain that.

Oh, and I just discovered a really nice new Uno block explorer and rich list over at Ethought's  http://blocktree.io  Check it out.

Three: we can clarify other details as we go.

B.N., can you further explain the ‘permanent storage’ feature?

So, do we have to take a picture of our wallet and post it like we did with the AG?

A. ‘permanent storage’ = Proof of Equity ... self regulated pledge to HODL  ... the proof is on the chain (LiPS)
B. equityDVC ... group regulated pledge to HODL ...DVC.Lips.equityBONDS (ViPS)

FOR
A ... you just post an address (simple no?)
B ... TTs create a derivative (based on A's idea of permanent storage ... the proof is on the chain) but bonded as a deposit with peers ... the DVC is a claimcheck to your UNO held by a peer ... you can sell your DVC (thus you sold your UNO) ... now it acts like a form of equity credit but for the Trustee ... so value is NOT uniform. Gets us to
C ... Trustee's will now have block chain prove-able credentials
C ... BONUS +insurance(3rd Party) +their own LiPS record +their TT record +ViPS(3rd Party)

Let’s start clarifying:

One: “ a really neat feature that few utilize . . . Permanent storage”

I was ignorant of this possibility. The explanation on indiamikezulu is a clumsy first draft.

Two: “Alice gives Bob 10kg of UNO 'her Equity' (Bob is the Trustee/Custodian)”

No! There is no custodian. The hodler holds her own coin – just the same as the pledged bullion: this coin is in the ‘distributed vault.’

And: a small second amount is passed to the ‘Supervisor.’ That Supervisor is the one who checks the hodler’s equity account, to check that the equity coin is there.

Three: we can clarify other details as we go.

B.N., can you further explain the ‘permanent storage’ feature?

if nobody decrease the spread, we do.
On which exchange do you use primarily?

cryptsy, bittrex, bleutrade
K, I had been trying to buy on Cryptsy to help drain the enormous wallet, but I guess I'll switch to Bittrex buying so they will stop complaining that our volume is too low.

@ cragv: we gotta Verify Prominerone. I shall ask your advice on the anti-faking-it method.

Yeah the Verifying is very important! Let me know.

Charlie we swear not to chop you up!

----
Now think the chop chop not exactly right.

Thinking BitcoinCharlie is right 'Don't Chop Up Charlie' ... would that be chunks of Chuck?

Better:
1stDVC Alice gives Bob 10kg / Bob gives 11kg to Zed as insurance
2ndDVC Alice gives Charlie 10kg / Charlie gives 11kg to Yankeedoodle as insurance
3rdDVC Alice gives David 10kg / David gives 11kg to Xdude as insurance

Outcome:
Bob is a good guy ... Zed pays him 11kg
Bob is a bad guy ... Zed pays Alice 10kg and 1kg to the Blue Crypto special "We need an actual game theory PHd to Okay this" Fund

Problems:
The next guy in line (the Custodian) will always be 1kg at risk, until the next DVC is issued and the risk continues down the line.

The Custodian holds 10kg in trust, and is Bonded 11kg.

The Custodian's Custodian is up 1kg.
