Ya. Besides that, my conversion from coinpot token to BTC also gone missing, around 9000 coinpot tokens vanished.That's bad. Any transaction history on where the tokens went?
I think they had a loss of data and installed a backup. I lost one payout too - but I know my coinpot and so I am withdrawing every day, loss only 25 cents or so.
I made the conversion on May 16th, the transaction history page only load until May 17th and no further, cant see any transactions prior to that.
I hate to say this, but try sending in a support ticket.
If you're lucky, you'll receive a reply from whoever that is running Coinpot.

I think even without maintenance, there's a small leeway if you didn't manage to click within 24 hours. Today it was at 39 hours and I didn't lose the bonus like you guys, but this isn't guaranteed all the time.

when trying to connecting to coinpot : email and password are invalid.
I had this same problem signing in with chrome, but using brave browser worked for me
