it works for me

And about all previous comments... I have to say today there is another bad period with same multiplier method for me and another 3 friends. More than 500 token lost in less than an hour with 1 stake multiplier!
This is very rare to happen... and as I said previously, it only happens losing (not wining), so for today and during 12-24 hours, I will not play the multiplier game. This is only an advice Smiley

We have tested multiplier auto-roll with 1 token stake and in 5000 rolls we have lost more than 100 tokens each one with betting:
- always higher
- always lower
- always alternate

So we think for today this is manipulated...

not work

Nah, not dead. Most probably the sites broke and it would take a few days at least to get things up and running again.

Not the first time by the way.

So we think for today this is manipulated...

You mean after all this time you still haven't figured out how they do this?
It's related to time of the day.
Try running a set of rolls between midnight and 1am and then run a set of rolls between 1am and 2am, you will see.
Midnight to 1am comes out even or on a slight plus, 1am to 2am comes out on a gigantic loss.
(Other times of the day I don't know, I run the multiplyer exclusively midnight to 1am)
If you observe how your win/loss statistic evolves, you can even tell when the server switches, because the difference is visible within 10 or 20 rolls and since this happens every single day at the precise same time there can't be a coincidence.

i dont aggressively pursue the challenges...i just see them as a nice bonus for using coinpot Smiley

Same here, I'm pretty much fine just using the faucets. With work in the way, there's so little time to keep claiming when you're busy.

i think the common misunderstanding is that...

provably fair = impossible to lose

that is not true!
"provably fair" just means that the rolled number is truly random and is not "fixed" by coinpot.
so if you win it just means you have been randomly lucky
if you lose you have been randomly unlucky
the problem is that some people put it down to "skill" or "luck" when they win, but then say it is coinpot cheating when they lose

Yup, it's not a guaranteed-win measure but rather like you said, to verify the round outcomes of before and after the bet has been placed.

Do you partake in the challenges too?

it is "provably fair"... there is a button on the multiplier page to show how it is calculated and what your client/server seeds/hashes are - you can even edit the client seed before each roll if you are super paranoid!
as far as my math knowledge goes it seems fairly solid and in line with how other gambling sites do it
so i believe it is provably 0% house edge - any loss or win is simply down to random luck as you would expect
ive won on there and lost
the problem is that the people who have been lucky enough to win wouldnt really come on here complaining about it! so we only see one side of the story Smiley

There is? Okay, didn't notice that as I hardly touch the multiplier mode.

Unfortunately most probably we won't be able to see the other half as the owner has never showed up here Cheesy

I call "token leak" a extreme token lost when gambling
i.e.:
- betting 1 token
- rolling 100k multiplier rolls
- alternating high-low

I've been playing this since challenge stars started every day

During last 2 months there was a period of 24-48 hours of "extreme lost" (5-10k token lost) when gambling (and never was a period of "extreme win" ever)

It does not happen only to me... 4 friends referred by me using same method told me the same yesterday.

I am upset with coinpot and I am considering its challenge system as a SCAM... I fight hard against this kind of crypto websites attacking them legally the way I can (i.e: if anybody did not do that previously, I could reveal here how to disable all ads within its faucets without being blocked to get the claims...)

Please, coinpot admins, if you read this: don't fool us... There could be some people getting addicted with this kind of games depositing its revenues in SCAMs...

Losing streaks are not uncommon in the gambling scene. There were days I won lots as well as the days I lost too. And the latter overshadows the former.

Still, that's how gambling works. It causes people to become addicted since all it takes is just a button to possibly multiply their wagers. Self-control plays a major role, although that's easier said than done.

Should you have trouble controlling yourself, don't go for the challenges. Just stick to the faucets.

Also if I'm not mistaken, there's no Probably Fair present so you should take note of that. Last but not least, the Coinpot admin doesn't respond to any tickets or feedback whatsoever. We don't even know if he (or she) ever noticed this thread exists.

Coinpot did not pay in 2 days?
Today the e-mail confirmations were delayed more than an hour for me...

And the multiplier has a mysterious algorithm for which today 100k rolls of 1 token generate more thank 5k token leak!!!
I have been monitoring this issue and there is 1 (or 2 if a 2-3k token leak is comparable) periods of 24 hours when it happens every month. When exactly is rare to know but for today I am not the only one with that 5k token leak with 100k rolls of 1 token each one.
And this is not a product of luck...
