Coinpot is fine for me but all the faucets take forever to load.

If this was just some kind of mistake, I really have no good reason to stop.
Update: All cancelled withdrawals were credited back to my account and new withdrawals have been deposited. My wife’s account is still banned.

Now I can only can give you advice to be more careful and and don't claim from Coinpot faucets together with your wife from same IP address.It seems like it would be worse if we were claiming on different networks so as to get double rewards, but from now on only one of us will claim from home.

My wife and I each have an account. Same deal on both accounts. We are assuming one of us claimed on the same IP and they decided we were “multi accounting”. Email sent, but like the guy said above, not likely to get a response.
that is probably the problem in my opinion

i would email them, and if they dont reply then i would take that as being a sign that that account is doomed! sorry!

They don't respond to any tickets so basically he's on his own now.
