Is it really closed for new members? I didn't see anything related to this in the OP.

Check the website and divide your payment with number of valid posts. See whether it matches with 0.0007BTC, else they might have decreased the payment or you haven't made enough posts.

I think this campaign is closed as I cannot see any post adding up of my ID. I posted today in another section and the post as not counted

Well, I don´t have access to their books, nor am I privy to their marketing plans and objectives so i couldn´t say.
But I don´t consider two grand something any gigantic sum. Since their business is mixing bitcoins I´m sure they´re swimming in bitcoins. Maybe they need to get rid of some of them

Swimming in their customers bitcoins that they give right back and only take a small fee for their service? Hardly a massive mark-up.

I think that there is more than 100 inactive people who have left campaign and spots are unnecessary taken.
I think spots are no longer limited, but rather closed now. So even if someone was to leave, he won't be able to join back.

If there are inactive users, they have to delist them from the campaign and allow active users to join it
