Centralized administrative management methods are not suitable for the cryptocurrency market. Everything here must obey the natural laws of a decentralized market. All useless projects and their tokens will leave this market after a certain time and there’s no need to invent anything else. This must occur subject to the laws of the market. this is a good solution to avoid coin fraudsters, I also feel furious to see lots of useless altcoin and no further development. but is not a coin that is no longer in development or has been left by the developer, gradually disappearing by itself?
I agree on this. But it's difficult to make it real, you must convince all exchange to delist that dead token which unlikely will happen (remember there are still DEX which will listed them)

we cannot know what are useless alts and we do not have the right to remove it.Like Realtract (RET), it appeared in October 2018, but due to the bad market, it could not grow. then 1 year, its value has seemed x10.
Therefore, we cannot evaluate any alts or tokens. Let them survive and help the community.
I am actually of the opinion that coinmarketcap should put more effort into scrutinising coins and tokens listed there in. The criteria of the platform listing in two cmc supported exchanges and maintaining a reasonable trade volume if not enough, a working product should be a criterion too
There are a lot of such tokens on my wallet, I think to create a wallet and send them there, but it's a pity to pay for transactions. They are really useless and have already died.
I got your point. They must remove the useless coin to avoid confusion where to invest amd hold. Specially from newbies. It is better the remove it to avoid loss specially to the newbies that already start to study and explore about crypto world. But the negative on this is there is possibility that we will missed a chance to rise a good coin to develop and the key to change the world.
Exchanges remove useless coins from the listing from time to time. Perhaps they should do this more often and more strictly choose coins for listing. Although the exchanges themselves are different...

You can't know which altcoin is going to be useful or not. Currently all cryptocurrencies are used only for speculations. That's why there is pump and dump scheme. You can't do anything against that. Bitcoin is also used as a pump and dump coin. If not, it would have been more stable.

It would be nice if all coins were good coins, however I think the useless ones should be allowed to fail naturally. I really don't like the idea of coins being refused the right to exist just because someone decides it's no good.

I do agree with you, some shitcoins were just created for P&D purpose, newbies who just joined crypto will get REKT easily and this may stop new capital inflows

I think market will have their own reason when want to delist tokens or coins from their market. Of course they wouldn't do it because people ask it or maybe only because small thing. They sometimes look for listing fee and they will protect coin that already listed on them. 
Its not easy, cryptocurrency is open for everyone, everybody can launch their own blockchain or smart contract on eth and other platforms.

What will be the confusion then? Do you mean if they will have the same ticker? Even though they are new of course, they will do their owno research and of course someone give a heads up to them. Regarding the dead token or coin I would agree with the others as long as there are no volume there should be no problem.
No need to bother about them or remove them from the market. They are expected to eventually die off and make way for real projects to occupy the market. This period, I don't think that the undervalued tokens /coin will make any good moves again
Well, the altcoin exist in cryptocurrency must have function so the coin will keep have healthy volume in circulation.
Some altcoins are slow to developing their project, they looks like a dead coin, but actually they still developing, at least that is what they said.
If the devs doesn't have a nice planning and funds before creating coin, they will find difficulties to sell the coin.

Altcoins were too easy to create. But not all of them survive. There are thousands thousands of altcoin was created, and now, just few of them could make it to the exchanges. But I Don't think they are all waste of resources. Cause the market need competitions to evolve
its better to ignore shitcoins and not invest in them at all,it would have been better if coinmarketcap can delist some useless tokens and coins on their platform but since they met CMC requirement we cant stop CMC from listing this shitcoins
