Painful as it sounds but that's the truth. They will sweep over the crypto space with hype which might be further spiked by many "experts" and once the funds have been raised you will be surprised to see them coming up with excuses to delay listing and before you know it they will list on a bad exchange and the next thing is silence from the team. This is mostly how they operate and reason why this space is filled with many of them; however it will not be easy removing all from the market at once but you can agree with me that many are already dying off faster. Even those on good exchanges but have lacked what it takes to maintain a good volume are getting delisted, so slow and steady we will get there.
I don't think it will ever happen. Because A lot of greedy people always will be there to buy shit coins. They think shit coin price can be up suddenly, so they can make a huge profit at once! Recently I found a project who are buying shitcoins through their own native tokens! I don't know why, but this is making some volume for that shit coin. We shouldn't support any random coin who hasn't real use cases.
The developers of the useless tokens are just want to make quick profit and we can not easily remove them in the market. If there is voting option that we can delete the useless tokens. Maybe the market will be better.
It would not be easy for them to be removed from the market because it involves payment and since they do pay to stay in the market concerned, they have the right to remain there, but what we can do from our own end is to make them kind of redundant.Redundant in the sense we could create a group that will be popular where we can always drop the names of these shitcoins and the reason why they turned shit so that people can come there first to verify before proceeding to the market to purchase them, that is the extent to which I think we can go and then reduce the level of participation in them, if they don’t get much participation from us, they will surely stop paying to retain themselves on those exchanges.

We must not forget that in cryptocurrency it is impossible to solve such issues by administrative methods. The usefulness or futility of projects, as well as their cryptocurrencies, should be decided only by the market. Only supply and demand should be indicators of what is necessary and what is useless for the market. To intervene in this process means to intervene in the process of decentralization. 
The developers of the useless tokens are just want to make quick profit and we can not easily remove them in the market. If there is voting option that we can delete the useless tokens. Maybe the market will be better.

It's not easy to remove useless coins because sometimes many investors get stuck inside. The Investor wants to sell the coin but no buyer, so if in the Remove from the list, obviously will be many parties harmed.
But it's already a trash coin, of course, it won't be useful. I think this is the fault of the various exchanges because it does the selection with no good. So many projects are manipulating sales charts, so they can get in on the exchange.

Many developers create Altcoin and don't think about the future and performance of Altcoin. They just want to take advantage of the projects they make, after they get the profit then they just leave without thinking about the fate of their Altcoin. Problems like this are good if it can be solved to increase altcoin which is still maintained by its creator. So that investors and traders do not easily experience losses.
I think those useless altcoin/token will survive, we know that we can create a token just an hour, then make your own ICO to colect the funds.

And who's gonna decide which coin is worthy and which is not worthy. There is no special council to decide it. Then let decide to market, investor and exchange that people want it or not. That is very true mate. The tons of shitcoins listed on the various market capitalization sites is also cause for alarm. I learned that some of these sites change values of the market caps to trick people into selling or buying. The many coins on the various sites make crypto seem like something that is easily than and smart money for those who are smart and have little knowledge on the concept of blockchain.
i guess it removed by itself , just after the hype end people leave it and after some time the exchange will delist it from their market

One altcoin out of ten can only be useful, or at least thought by the developers in order to implement the project and bring benefits. The remaining 9 altcoins out of 10 are fraudulent projects that want to trick their investors in advance. For this reason, fewer people are investing in altcoins.
The useless projects are consisting of the central backbone of the crypto markets, unfortunately. I can't see the bright future if the count of altcoins doesn't be diminished by the legal regulators. The sky is the limit motto in the ICOs has passed its gold days, now only solid projects can collect the hard cap which is not easy to reach.
Altcoin holders know the risks generally, but the major concerns are still beyond than we assume. Diversified altcoin portfolios is not a critical idea if I gonna compare the visionless ideas like going all in the single coin.

Any useless/shitcoin will certainly die a natural death because the crypto market is a very competitive one. Only the gullible investors will fall for everything in the name of crypto coin without doing a thorough scrutiny before investing.
Not all crap coins are being removed in the market. So long those "devs" are gaining money from their shit coins, they will create a fake pump of their coin or fake volume. But sooner or later, we will know the truth of this coin because when they get tired of doing those fake cycles of trading, it will soon slow down or die down.
Agreed, like XRP devs are dumping XRP shitcoin while stupid fools are buying it, such shitcoins won't die soon but getting dumped. It's unfortunate but reality.

I would rate XRP as one of the most elaborate scams in the history of cryptocurrency. They became the no.3 cryptocurrency (in terms of market capitalization) thanks to a well planned out strategy, by giving huge hype in the mainstream media channels and restricting the amount of coins available for trade. Even now, the promoters are holding as much as 75% of all the XRP in circulation (could be even more), either directly in their wallets, or in shadow organizations created by them.
The biggest tragedy with XRP is that they managed to attract a lot of new investors in 2017/2018. Some of these individuals even managed to profit from it. But now the coin is currently on its way to oblivion and the exchange rate has crashed to 2,500 Satoshis. I expect XRP to lose most of its market capitalization and fall out of the top-5 coins list in coinmarketcap by the end of this year. EVen at current valuation, it remains as one of the heavily over-priced shitcoins.

The team might have had enough of their dirty tactics why it keeps on going down. There's no known famous use case also for this coin. But here they are, getting the top 3 spot in cmc.
It is clear that there are some worthless coins without any case use on the market and with the principle of supply and demand, these coins will automatically be eliminated from the market because as the demand ceases gradually, the coin dies off alongside.
They will certainly vanish, sooner, or later. However, do not worry - other tokens, which will be found to be useless in several months, will come. I guess that each market, including crypto market, cannot exist without wastes. Simply try to work with reliable, best-trusted cryptocurrencies that have proved that they could be beneficial for many reasons.
Since many bad projects distract investors from more promising companies that would raise cryptocurrency to a new level of development, this problem is quite serious today. I believe that the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market due to junk coins has lost a lot of funds that could improve the position of not only the highest rated cryptocurrencies, but also other coins with good indicators.
You are falling victim to a common misunderstanding that people who invest in shitcoin would invest in better ones if there was no shitcoins. You cannot know that and cannot prove it. It's like saying that when you go to the market to buy apples and there are none you buy plums instead just to come back with something. It's more complicated!
Get rid of shitcoins and maybe some of the money will go to other coins but maybe some people will get burned and exit to fiat stocks or something else.
They can only be removed when most investors stops paying attention to them, thereby causing them to die naturally and delisted from exchanges. You also said the truth, most developers will just create a coin, hype it and make their profits while the investor is left to suffer. I think it high time we start doing the right thing by making it mandatory within us to study a project before investing.
It isn't really need to make it mandatory but rather making it as a habit on having a research anytime we do make investment.Investors is always been left in the air with these fraud projects that's why we should really be wise on any decisions we do take.We cant really enforce to remove shitcoins in the market and as you have said they do die naturally when people start to leave and not to support it and here comes the new ones and repeat the same cycle all over again.
