Exchange regulations have evolved but only for user data, and not for traded coins. the problem here is that many cexs still trade this coin because they only prioritize trading volumes as filters. I think the reputation stamp should be imposed on their smart-contracts, so there is a red notification when their contract address is checked by users and exchanges, especially coins that are clearly scam, etc.

I agree that altcoin is useless and has a small transaction volume in delist from the market. Many projects that are already inactive but still exist in exchangers do not even have transaction volumes and I think if deleted, will make the cryptocurrency market healthy and provide real data about market cap value
in fact, they will be eliminated themselves if their project does not develop anymore and the volume is getting smaller, can be seen several examples of big markets, quite a lot of coins are delisted.
so all of that will automatically be eliminated with the concomitant decline in trust in altcoins aka shitcoin.

This I think is true because if the junk altcoins are no longer working, they should be removed.
Removing useless Altcoin would be the greatest and best option for market recovery, investors are scared of investing and no more trust in crypto as it stands so removing useless altcoins will be so amazing.
Do not bother paying attention to useless tokens, they always end up dead sooner or later, once they get delisted from exchanges its the end for them, just protect yourself from falling victim to these projects
I think it is okay, crypto is free, so people can create as much coins as the want to, maybe some people dont think that their coins is useless, so its fair that we have DOGE coin for example, because somebody just create it and its cool 
Not because it's free, people will just abuse it, and just create because they like to have one, all coins should have a products and services associated with it, it's usage that creates support for a coin, without usage your coin will end up as a shitcoin and there's also a risk that newbies might fall into this one, and their money will end up as wasted.

I think it is okay, crypto is free, so people can create as much coins as the want to, maybe some people dont think that their coins is useless, so its fair that we have DOGE coin for example, because somebody just create it and its cool
This is the main reason we need regulation within the crypto space. We have many scam project that uses the leverage of the decentralized and free nature of crypto to perpetuate scam and Rob investors of their funds. They establish this scam with fake large telegram groups, fake team members and fake hype. That is why it is advisable to always do research in depth before investing as an investor, check to see if the team information are verifiable on LinkedIn and from other crypto verified and reliable rating sites

I agree with you. I was once a victim also of transferring altcoins with the same code and thinking that it was the coin that I have and sent it to the exchange only to realize it was a different coin. What a waste by losing the coin that way. This confusion is indeed bad for crypto.
In this case, this is entirely your fault and you can't really blame the shitcoins. The "Contract" hash will be unique for each of the tokens, even if the names are similar. In your case, you sent the tokens using the wrong contract code and that's why you lost them. How you are going to blame the project for that? Anyway, I hope you learnt your lesson. Please be careful in the future.

If a particular altcoin is not good enough, then in due course of time it will be having declining trade volumes and in the end it will get delisted from most of the exchanges. That is the natural course. On the other hand, if we ask the exchanges to delist such coins, then it will go against the decentralized nature of the cryptocurrency market. Let the market decide the future of such tokens/coins.

Correct. I also think so. There are too many alt tokens in market that some investors bought it and there has no future planning. As a result investors get bad impression about crypto market. I think bad alt coins mush be abolish from market but problem is who control it ever !!!!!
altcoin whose value is less than $ 0.000001 should indeed be removed from the market. besides they make the market into many coins, their presence there is also in very difficult conditions. their value will only be stuck there, and will tend to fall even further. than that it continues, it's better to just disappear, or make a new development under the name of a new coin or with the same name but with a new idea to make its value better in the market.
