I can say for sure they were different people (I have shipped items to both of them opposite ends of the planet). I have no way of knowing if marco sold his account or vice versa, but I really doubt QS would ever sell his account.
I would never sell this (QS) account, nor any known alt of mine without first publicly announcing it.
Hmmm, thats weird.
A lot of things are weird. For example the signed message you provided in this thread (which shorena promptly rushed to verify saying it was the same than "x" years ago while on september 2016 i see
a different signature here that gives another weirdness like this

I checked that signature and it verifies with my key. I have no idea why keybase is verifying one message and not the other, it looks like messages signed on my computer don't verify while those signed on my phone do. I think I probably updated the expiration of my key on my computer, and didn't update the private key on my phone, which might result in something slightly different within the signature (shorena, do you know anything about this?, does an anon troll know anything?), that GnuPG does not care about that keybase does.
Anyway, I think you need to learn about actual GPG, and not keybase.
any chance that Quickseller and marcotheminer same person
also any (since 2015) quickseller's signed message show in keybase as marcotheminer(I not have idea why)
We are not the same person. If you go to
https://keybase.io/marcotheminer/graph then click on "chain", you will see the signatures that the person behind the marcotheminer keybase account made, and that none of them were signed by my key. If you do the same thing after going to
https://keybase.io/quickseller/graph you will see a signature made by my key
