Maybe its a good idea to get every vitcim identified before green files a complaint. They want names and ID's , not just forum nicknames.

I assume it will be possible with the Bitcoin message averybody should have sent? right?

both accounts seem pretty fake. the second one played a game called "dragon city". the guy is playing us!

i would suggest that someone from UK press charges and have the authorities contact bitstamp in order to reveal the IBAN account(s) used to cash out the coins. preferably someone with big losses (green65?).

from there, we will see what's the best move.

I don't have FB account, can someone check if one of those accounts posted something about Bitcoin,
here is a thread about a ISO Code for Bitcoin, in which vdragon says he will post it on Facebook: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1611668

Also, I noticed that Gapthemind is from Spain, and the maybe vdragon IRL both live in spain?
It's from the top of my mind, but I am just posting any leads I can think of, I am not Sherlock Holmes...

His photo is still showing up for me (I've never looked at the page before).  The URL I'm looking at:

http://es.linkedin.com/pub/stefan-darin/39/337/372
That guy looks like a proper Dutch guy, hence his native language is Dutch.
Is it even the person we are looking for?

I don't think so. I think he's just been picked on because he's the top Google result that matches the Paypal account name.

if gapthemind is legit and was scammed too, he will help us
by providing the sepa-transfer proof and filing a report to his police too
Sorry for Gapthemind, but I don't really trust him as his name is Mindthegap in reverse and in the OP of the group buy vdragon states "we have to mind the gap, bla bla" That may have an connection with eachother.
Before he gives me trust and proof of what he states, I will trust him somewhat.

I believe vdragon is watching this thread and enjoying the show.
1) vdragon's profile point to a shop.
2) gapthemind claims vadron's bank account points to "Zoltan Nagy". Maybe the IBAN is correct but not the name. My guess is that gapthemind is working with vdragon or is vdragon itself and IBAN points to random account. It's the only user who payed with SEPA. Lost ~1800€ but has better things to do than check this forum.
3) vdragon's paypal account points to "Stefan Darin". It's probably fake too but since vdragon did not used paypal for this scam, it's likely the most reliable guess (unless we are dealing with professional scammer).

I agree with this, we must be careful posting pictures and stuff.
Both names could be fake. I noticed both vdragon and gapthemind do something unusal in their posts, they
almost always write cant doesnt wasnt, instead of can't doesn't wasn't, but maybe not much of an indicator  Roll Eyes

So it takes a little bit longer, Police -> Courtorder -> Bitstamp gives out data.
It shouldn't go as far as a court order unless Bitstamp refuse to cooperate and the Police deem it suitable enough to seize their server hard drives.

LOLOLOL Then Bitstamp is fucked, they have no choise!

Once the ball is rolling with the Police, they can send a RIPA to Bitstamp which then allows them to 'legally' disclose the information under the data protection act about the account of interest.  That should be pretty straight forward once it's been signed off by the unit's detective.  It shouldn't go as far as a court order unless Bitstamp refuse to cooperate and the Police deem it suitable enough to seize their server hard drives.
