United States courts, especially Federal District Court, are open to people from around the world, if they can get a visa into the U.S. If someone in the Ukraine was harmed by a Biden, and he has sufficient evidence against him, file a claim in Federal District Court for damages.

The point of all of this, and the subject of the thread for that matter is the accusations against Trump are being used to draw attention away from the fact that The Democrat party is using D.A.R.V.O. tactics ad-nauseam to try to protect themselves from prosecution for their own crimes. To sum it up: Paul Pelosi served on the board of Viscoil. At one point, a Ukrainian singer is alleged to have promoted the company. But Pelosi was off the board before that happened. That’s the connection people have identified.
