I bought a US$5 loaded card, I got the card details. But, when I try to register the card at your website, I keep getting "your session has timed out". I have deleted browser cookies, caches and tried multiple browsers, still no go. I have contacted seller through his or her correct Skype ID, no response.
Seller contacted me and issue is resolved. The service is genuine, is my overall experience. I would be buying again for sure.Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your feedback!
We just want to note, that live chat support is available on a regular basis 6am-3pm GMT Monday - Friday. If you apply for support on Friday evening, your request will be processed on Monday. This happened in your case.

We sell US and Canadian cards. However our cards can be used worldwide.
Not too bad at the service charge to do on purchases or withdrawals of your crypto. Because I think the ones which are offered to US based customers are alot higher at 20% atleast and also charges a service fee to do withdrawals into cash to the atms.

As we already explained you, when you contacted today us through our website widget, you contacted with fake contact who use our name on Skype. We are not idiots who's ruin our reputation for 13 bucks. But we do not responsible for every scammer who scammed you. Our real Skype contact can be found with our email which you can see on our website.
Never the less we got to know from the video, that the card you got from fake skype contact it is our card. I guess some one trying resell them. I don't know. This card still has balance. You can still use it to pay on Vultr website through PayPal. This is the way how our cards work for payments on many websites. If you don't want to do this, we can make a refund. If someone will contact us regarding this card later, we will know who the scammer.
