You can use both US and Canadian virtual cards for payments in any currency. USD and CAD will be automatically converted to the currency of payment.

We regret to hear that but we have not scammed you - everything had been done as per our refund policy.

According to our refund policy, you can get a refund in the amount of 95% of the card's face value within one month from the date of purchase if your card has not been used in any manner.

In your case, if you bought a $ 20 card and returned it,  a refund amount of the card would be $19 ($ 20 * 0.95% = $19)

Does anyone know what exchange rates I'd get if I use these cards to pay in foreign currencies?

This may be a very dumb question, but could I add these cards to google pay and pay with them at a physical store using my phone?

All our cards work fine for both Paypal verification and payments via Paypal (personal accounts only). Before linking a card to a PP account the card needs to be registered with the same address as in the PP account. In other words before adding a card to a PP account please make sure that
1. you have a personal PP account
2.  your billing address matches the one in your PP account.
After that please follow this instruction https://ezzocard.com/paypal-verification.

Blue/Green cards can be registered with any name and any real address and moreover you can re-register them if needed.
Brown cards can be registered only once and only with a Canadian address (any real) and any name as well.
Black cards do not need to be registered at all but they do support AVS and can be used with PP as well.

Please note that PP of some countries due to local regulations will ask for your ID verification (after linking the card), for example Germany, Sweden, Bulgaria, UK, Romania, Israel, Cyprus, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic and there may be others as well. So far we know only those listed above.

We never told that our cards work with Sirius XM. We've checked all conversations where this service was mentioned. The first mention was from you, I guess, where you told us that our card doesn't work with Sirius XM:

The website say that SiriusXM accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB credit cards, as well as all debit cards. You can also pay with a SiriusXM pre-paid service card."


We never tell people that our cards work somewhere, unless we know for sure from our own experience or from the feedback of our customers.
Moreover, we always try to increase the satisfaction of our customers by providing the correct information about where our cards work and where not. If we don't know for sure we always say the we are not sure.
Our refund policy stated clearly in the FAQ section on our website. Everyone can easy find information about refund policy or ask our support about it before purchase.

We regret that you had a bad experience using our card, but this does not mean that our VCC are not working, and we are scammers.
You can still use your card on any other website or request a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
