We are afraid you got confused as the cards we offer are virtual prepaid cards and recognized as regular prepaid debit cards but without a reload option. Unfortunately prepaid cards cannot be used with any merchant - it depends on their payment policy. Before using the card please make sure the service of interest does accept international Visa Prepaid cards as a payment method.
