The story seems very similar to Whitney Houston (though she was a bit more unique I would say).
Assistant goes out to run errands, comes back after a short while, the star with a massive drug and alcohol abuse past has drowned... in Los Angeles.
Both could have had decades and decades more of life to live if only they had cut doing that crap abusive shite sooner.
