I've quit smoking using nicotine patch (reduce my craving by 90%+). Worked fine for me but not with anyone that I know of. Willpower is the most important factor!

its not easy quitting smoking, i've been doing good, i use the e-cig I buy the refills with bitcoin
, its cheep like dirt, and by far the best stop smoking aid i've tried.i'm trying to use it less and less, and i've been doing gr8, but i've been really cranky, + this week of work was just crappy... I really gotta get it together next week!
