Seems almost retarded to delay payments in terms of their assertion that they are still having difficulties in making sure everyone has their proper ways to receive their repayments... and gosh a whole another year... The wheels of justice surely do turn slowly, yet at least in the MTGOX case the recipients are getting their coins in bitcoin rather than having had converted them to fiat at the date of the filing (like they are seeming to do with many, if not most, of the USA bankruptcy cases.. except I recall hearing something about Celsius creditors are going to be repaid in bitcoin, if they had bitcoin)..
