It probably depends on which coins you are going to want to store and use. If you are buying Bitcoin then I like Exodus it is simple to use and doesn't require you to download the blockchain. If it is ERC-20 coins then MyEtherWallet just make sure you take care and precautions with security.

Many people use MyEtherWallet, but in my opinion, it is not the easiest wallet to understand for beginners. You are your own bank and it might seem like something unpleasant for newbies. You have to control keys, codes and things like that which is not good for non-tech people. If you ask me, I would recommend wallets like Enjin and Eidoo. They are very user-friendly and easy to use even for people that are not well-educated in the world of cryptocurrencies. Remember that we have to respect platforms that are trying to make cryptocurrencies as easy as it can be for everyone. You can start with one of them and later compare them with more sophisticated methods  Smiley.

For a beginner start with simple wallets which will not make you have complications. Simple to operate and easy to acquire. For that I'd highly recommend MEW, it's not only feely available but also very effective when it comes to how it operates not to mention secure if encrypted properly

Yes, for beginners like me, i used MEW for storing my rewards in any bounty that I joined, I also use MEW in transferring funds in my personal wallet, MEW is easy to used in storing your coins and it is also an ERC20 compatible wallet the most used wallet in campaigns and bounty programs, Ive been using MEW for a couple of months and have no problem in using it.

I would say that Eidoo is a good starter wallet for those who don’t want to invest in a ledger. However, whether a beginner or not, but highly think a ledger is best.

The MEW wallet still remains the best for me as it doesn't require any special technicality to operate. It is also the most used wallet by bounty and crypto enthusiasts and so far I haven't seen anyone complain about the wallet. So I would advice you to go for the MEW wallet.

Myetherwallet seems like a good option and is used by a lot of people, other option could be coinbase, although it is not fully recommended to have all your cryptos on wallets but also invested.

If you are going to take part in ICO or Bounty the best one is MyEtherWallet. If you work with BTC you can use Coinbase or Ledger Nano.

For ETH/ERC20 -- Metamask for desktop and Trust Wallet for Mobile
BTC - Mycelium for mobile, sorry not sure about desktop
XLM - Lobstr for mobile and desktop
NEO - Neon Wallet or Aphelion for desktop and O3 for mobile

Hope this helps!

In my opinion Myetherwallet is very simple and convenient. It is used not only by beginners. The standard ERC 20 supports almost all tokens and has  minimum fee for transaction.

undoubtedly, the best option for beginners is an online wallet, since users can not always ensure the proper storage of coins or work with other types of wallets ("thick" or "light"). they are provided with special services: exchange exchanges, payment systems, creator's site or data storage service. choose an online repository with a good reputation. Among online cryptotices there are multicurrency. They allow you to store various cryptonyms in one place.

Which wallet would you say is the easiest to use ?
I do not know your question is the wallet for any altcoins. If you only join the airdrop or bounty, it is almost the token erc-20, I recommend using Myetherwallet as it is easy to use, if you need more security you can use metamask. If you have the money, buy a hard wallet like Nano S ledger or trezor for added security, as well as can accommodate almost all popular types of altcoins.

Which wallet would you say is the easiest to use ?

Which blockchain are you talking about? I recommend MyCrypto for Ethereum. Always use Metamask or a hardware wallet though.

In my opinion, each of them should start with cryptocurrency from the wallet https://www.blockchain.com. One of the most simple and intuitive wallets. And most importantly you have access to private keys, which is an undoubted attribute of a good wallet.
