You need to define altcoins yourself to keep looking before your wallet. If kept short, you can always keep on exchange eg binance, bittrex. If you keep the long term, you can go to the home page to see the wallet. If altcoin is an erc-20, it's easiest to use myetherwallet. If you want more security, buy a hard wallet, you can keep a variety of altcoins.

Which wallet would you say is the easiest to use ?

It depends on your coins, which coin that you want to put in the wallet? Because there's are different wallet, like MyEtherWallet, Trezor, Ledger nano or a hardware wallet. For me the safest wallet to keep my bitcoin is Coinbase.

MyEtherWallet.
the most widely used in ICO so that it may be very necessary. the use of easy and of course safe. Despite a lot of negative news from MEW at present, but for me, this purse remains worthy of use.

I think if you are only starting with btc, eth and ltc, simplest and easiest wallet is no doubt coinbase, they are here for many years and have proven themselves they are also thinking to support eth based tokens in the near future.

It is necessary to clarify what is meant here, because it seems to me that for the beginners who are just beginning to comprehend the crypto currency, the best choice is to look at the web version of the various purses so as not to download them to their computers, because they can be infected.

Which wallet would you say is the easiest to use ?
Using Electrum, the access keys are stored on the user's side,
there is a possibility of creating a backup, the desktop client does not take up much space on your hard drive and is not synchronized for weeks like bitcoin cor., it works through a proxy server and in the Tor network, which means it is able to provide complete anonymity of the user,
there is a mobile version.

You can try with the Metamask wallet first. It is easy to use and safe. You can login as normal accounts without knowing the keystone / json file types. It will be easier to use with newbies

I created my first wallet on blockchain.info but now I am using the paper wallet as well as hardware wallet because I believe that holding funds offline is not a wise idea to hold funds securely. Easier to use and flexible but when it comes to the security I will always prefer using security generated paper wallet and reputed hardware wallet. As a newbie, I would suggest you go with the paper wallet and hold your friends offline.

Well, there are a lot of factors to consider when deciding which wallet to choose, which we go into detail about in our blog post: bit.ly/WalletGuide

But to get started, some user friendly wallets would be Jaxx, MyEtherWallet, Exodus, Trezor, or Ledger Nano.

Hope this helps  Smiley
