Which wallet would you say is the easiest to use ?

Hello! I strongly recommend My Ether Wallet for the ERC-20 based tokens, along with a Trezor or a Nano S Ledger.

You never mentioned for what coin or token so It's kind of hard to give you any advice.

Then again for an overall good wallet which holds many good coins/tokens I'd recommend Jaxx. I use it for about 5 coins atm. It provides you with your private keys as well. I don't think it supports forks... I could be wrong but my LTC address was not eligible for litecoin cash.

There are different wallets for different coins. Which one do you want the wallet for (Bitcoin, Ethereum, tokens)?
