Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?

Who said that there is a war between cryptocurrencies and government? Eventually i never heard about it. Though there are government in some countries that disapproved the idea of cryptocurrencies just because it is decentralised currency and they cannot control and not taxable either. I guess that is the only issue and far too different from what said that there is a war with both parties.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?

The war has been going on for a while. It was not clearly noticed before because the strength of cryptocurrency was still developing and therefore the antagonistic treatment of the governments was not that strong either. But ever since the cryptocurrencies have gained so much following from individuals and companies across the world, the governments are also stepping up their attacks and attempts to control.

Based on what i read before It is Yes, Cryptocurrency may have cause war.Because we all known that cryptocurrency is have a digital money and some  people use this to pay the killers to kill someone. Which is bad and illegal to do. Because some people believes that it is the best transaction to pay the killers without evidence and this I think causes war.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?
Those governments that did not want to have a crypto currency in the territory of their state simply banned its circulation and use by citizens, establishing for various violations of this ban various sanctions, up to criminal liability. True, how effectively they can monitor the implementation of such a ban, this is another matter. Most of the states still take a crypto currency for circulation, differently while establishing its status and conditions for circulation. I think that in future the states will establish various additional restrictions on the circulation and use of the crypto currency. This will depend largely on how the crypto currency will behave in the future.

Never heard of this war, but all i know is wealthy country or the which we called the first-world country is riding the waves of the popularity of cryptocurrencies. I think thereb are factors why they are doing this like, they want to have their own so that their people will use it and utilize it for someday it will be universally use in their country. Other thing is a merely healthy and friendly competition against the other countries which can be the next bitcoin. We cant aasume this probability but we just have watch out this war.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?
What can we expect from the centralized government that doesn't want decentralized crypto? They are well aware of what crypto's can do to the economy and as early as it is now they are recognizing the power of what crypto's can do. They are trying their best to regulate or ban bitcoin/crypto to avoid future conflict when it comes to their interest even the convenience of the people investing there will be sacrificed. And there are few countries that even started their very own crypto but its a failure.

The entry of Crypto currency Digital Transaction CHANGED the out look of the trading market globally, with the growing acceptance of Bitcoin and other crypto currency by investors, it increase the Digital transaction on the market trading specially the on the Buying and Selling Market, this is not a welcoming factors to the Government Financial Institution who would want a Regulation on every transaction posted on the market. Until this issue is address?  you may say the WAR will continue.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?
Because they understand very clearly that cryptocurrencies are a big threat to them, the purpose of a government was to help organize the society and to help their citizens and yet once the government is in place they only care about maintaining their privileges and to live out of people instead of serving the society and they feel their days of living out of the people are coming to an end.

The Government of most countries are still seeing Bitcoin as a tool that can distort the economy's economic activities of the society just because it is Deregulated and at the same Decentralized. Hence, it is given rooms to Criminalities where indigents or the country's residents are being scammed uncontrollably or uncheckably. The Governments wants to fully support what they have full control over.

governments want to control financial flows in their countries and they can't do this with cryptocurrencies that's why they prefer to ban them or limit their using.

The main reason for pessimists is that the Bitcoins are outlawed and that their cost is artificially inflated. They are sure that governments will never legalize the currency with such prospects. The second weighty argument against the Bitcoins is the question of the security of your virtual money. If you lose or steal coins, no one will return them to you, as it is impossible for someone to prove anything and return it.

Price fluctuation takes place quite often, very few users among the entire list of user base considers it as a normal incident and tries to stay active in the market. While at the same time, majority of the users who have made their investments over bitcoin in a dilemma just stay in panic leading path for the price instability to continue causing continued downfall.

There is no war on crypto I think. People just tend to be a little paranoid. Sure the government wants to collect taxes and all, but it's not a war.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?
Many government show different attitude towards Bitcoin.Bitcoin is  a decentralised currency which means it doesn't comes under control of any single person or authority  or no government can control it. This is the one of the main reason behind war on cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin affects many country economy growth, because of Bitcoin the financial growth of money country affects and this thing happens because bitcoin affect their country own currency. Bitcoin is also accosiated with criminal activity because of this many government dislike Bitcoin in their country and want to stop bitcoin in other countries also.

Governments of many countries are practically declaring war on cryptocurrencies.
Why is that?

I think the government is too afraid the crypto currency will replace the fiat currency, and therefore the government makes a ban on crypto.
