The states do not love bitcoin because for them it is actually lost profit. If though any percent can be received for cashing in, then at the transfers made through cryptocurrency, money passes a tax.

Of course the war with the crypto will continue the state because they think that crypto is only used for illegal transactions, and the government feels no benefit from taxes, but the country should imitate the Japanese who have applied the regulations and taxes on exchanges and transactions crypto.
I think I am not enough wise to understand that, if the do - so there must be a significant reason for that, am I right?
I believe that countries and governments are fearing cryptos and dont fully understand the advantages that they can bring to a country economy
Maybe because the crypto currency is causing huge damage to the banking system? The authorities need not to fight with the crypto currency, but learns to work with it.

This is not a contradiction between innovation and non-innovation, but it is also different from the traditional contradictions of the country, religion, and race. I would say banks have a huge hold on the country and would do their best to fend off the threat of a far advanced crypto currency. Also, different countries haven't seen a country be successful in crypto currency so they seal it off and wait. When they see that it is an advantage then they will open their doors and let crypto currency do it's magic.
The war on cryptocurrency means implementing a strict regulation that prohibits the nations or a country the usage cryptocoin that may affect to the economic stability of a country like China who strictly war against the cryptocurrency development that can cause the inbalance of stock market in a country to the real world. Crypto currency is additional supply of money on top of the fiat which are controlled by the central banks. So, people are earning on it while the government did not have anything on it. That is one of the reason why government wants crypto to be regulated and to be taxed. The worst scenario would be banning crypto in a country. So, regulating crypto is lesser evil than totally banning it in a country.
The nations that embrace technology and innovation are backing Bitcoin and digital currencies but the governments that feel that these currencies post a threat to the very fabric of their control and existence, will step up and try to scare away anyone dealing with crypto currencies at large and will bring in bad types of governance and also regulation to go against crypto currency markets. Fear is what drives everything into the negative. If they embrace the technology they have no fear of it controlling them, like what Malta and Switzerland are doing.

The technology behind, Blockchain is a different thing. Government won't attack it, actually most nations really love how this technology works and even thinking of having their own blockchain project for government and non-government. But bitcoin and crypto is different, they doesn't like anything that they can't control that's why almost every nation is against it, but the good thing is that there are nations who really thinks otherwise, so its mean there will be a continuing battle, never ending but we are going to survived all this test and still flourish although with heavy regulations.

I hope that in our country soon crypto will more popular.
Bitcoin is abstaining from the fact that countries are not under their control. Many even go to the road of prohibition. In fact, blockchain technology is an area where countries need to develop themselves, but unfortunately, there is not much investment yet.
The reason for low investment is the unawareness regarding this amazing currency. Even in the fully developed states, not everyone is using bitcoin technology. Where it is legal, even there people are not confident about the profits they could gain from investing into it. All these factors and many other contribute to less profit that countries are making from this amazing creation. People should take keen interest in it.
