Honestly, I don't see that big loss as a big thing though.

Warriors also beat Grizzlies in game 3 with a very huge margin, but game 4 was a very close one, Grizzlies started short, they are just short a bit in the 4th quarter as the Warriors come back to win the game.

win lambo...
I am not sure but maybe it is because of home court advantage? but still there's really a huge score gap between the two and Ja Morant was not even there, we really can't deny that the Grizzlies did a good job on that match with their ball movement and offensive on paint.

That was a total dominance by the Memphis. home team these days are winning big time, probably the biggest loss of the Warriors but there's nothing to panic because it's just one game, warriors still has 2 games to finish the series, they can make it in 6.

Right now, that is the trend for NBA, there's no consistency on the team and the home team dominate most of the time. I thought the series is already over, but now it would convince people that Memphis still has a chance to beat the Warriors, they are now +8.5 in game 6, of course the public bets will go to them.

8.5 points 😂, this is the easiest series to bet its not even close.  If Otto Porter is out I might actually take the Grizzlies and the money line here.  Who is gonna guard Adam's inside and then deal with Jackson?  Draymond can only cover 1.  They will donate the paint again.  I know it's in GS, they should win but Grizzlies are now 4 out of 5 ats in this series no reason to stop betting them now.  Is everyone laying on golden state again lol?

My concern is, what if this is just a trap. Bookies would not give the Warriors -8.5 favorite if they think Warriors cannot win and cover that spread, so as we think it might be easy for the Grizzlies, I need to pause a bit and think twice. If I would bet on the Memphis, I'll just go with the moneyline.

No trap.  The bookies give themselves their best chance to clear money.  Knowing GS has a bunch of ban wagon fans and hence betters, they over favor golden state.  MPhil is down 3-2 but they hit the line in 4 of the 5 games.  8.5 points against a te that just won by 40 is laughable.  Especially when that team is the 2 seed.  They didn't get the 2 but backing into the playoffs.  Team is a bunch of dogs, and golden state looked old last night

Maybe you are right @wheelz1200 , in that case, I feel betting on the ML is very reasonable now. Warriors were not competitive in game 5, therefore Memphis now have the momentum to beat them in game 6, this is quite scary for the Warriors fans, we might see a big upset here.

Grizzlies has good team chemistry tbh, wherein, even there's no ja morant on the game they can still play and dominates their opponents. And for me it's not because of the venue, i mean home court or away because indeed it's very clear on the records that this season the team has good performance specially the first 5.
That was an impressive team effort there by the Grizzlies team without their ace player Morant. Looks like the home team will dominate the next time, Warriors was just likely to extend this series and then win it by next game, we may never know but Warriors was still dangerous on crucial moments.

your anxiety has been proven, the Grizzlies hit the Warriors 134 - 95, that's quite impressive, in the second round, already 4 meetings, the result is Grizzlies vs. Warriors draw two wins and two loses.

Next last meeting in 2nd round on 14/5/22, it's the final and thrilling decider, as both are evenly matched, I'm sure their Jackson and Thompson will be competing hard for their respective teams this week.

Grizzlies, odds of winning increased for today, already reached 65%, will the next meeting end like the Celtics vs. Bucks, bigger chances for Celtics, on the field Bucks turn Celtics lose at home.

They play hard and the shooting is really impressive, no doubt that they beat GSW in this game.

We never know if they can duplicate that same rhythm on their next game, if Warriors will let them to have that same confidence to
throw balls outside without adjusting with a good defense. They will be in danger being eliminated by this young Memphis. Though
for sure there are adjustments that will be done after this game.

No question about that because they have a better record compared to the warriors in the regular season, reason they owned the home court advantage in this series.

They can win on the road for sure, but they have not beat the Warriors yet on the road, so I would not trust them to win in game 6.

I’m not sure what happened. That was the Warriors 5th largest playoff loss in their organization’s history. They’ll be trying to forget this game. You can chalk it up to the Grizzlies having their back to the wall and not being willing to lay down. You have to respect the effort they gave tonight. I wouldn’t bet they could do that again, but I never thought they could beat the Warriors that badly in the first place. The third quarter was the worst basketball I’ve ever seen the Warriors play. It will be interesting to see if things return to normal for the next game. This one seemed like some strange fluke.

I'm with the others that the Golden State Warriors might now finally end the series tonight. Grizzlies have no answer when Ja Morant is not playing.

But that's only my own view. Who knows if they can force a Game 6 after tonight's game. There are still chances that Grizzlies surprise us with the result.

To those who want to take the Grizzlies' Moneyline, the odds are attractive. The same goes for the point spread which is +5.5 but it should be a bit higher like +7.5 since the Warriors beats the Grizzlies last game without Morant and the latter will still play again with the same status tonight.

So Grizzlies are up 40 in the second half.  Gonna say they are covering this game lol.  Why would it be a surprise if they win.  Game 1 and game 4 came down to the last minute/seconds.  Could have gone either way.  This game could very well be for the series forMemphis, just some bad luck on their part.  Memphis was better than GS this year they dominated games.

It's painful to watch GSW play like that. They are completely massacre by Grizzlies without there offense. Actually this is the weakness of GSW since there offense is there defense they are completely vulnerable once all of them has a very bad shooting accuracy for that game. Even Jordan Poole score only 3 points for 20 mins while the rest of the gang didn't even score more than 20 pts. Hahaha.

I guess majority of us are wrong with our game 5 prediction as the Memphis are stomping their class against the Warriors.

It's a huge blow up game, up by 40 points in the 3rd, I don't think that the Warriors can recover from this game. So it will be 3-2 though, still in favor of Golden State but this win is going to be big for the Memphis and proved once again that they can win games without Ja Morant.

That's definitely it when we already know that the Grizzlies don't have any counter against the pass and lethal splash brothers and the GSW defensive strategy is hard to break as well which will gonna be their main key to ending this series tonight. Meanwhile, Ja Morant is just another new bloomer in the NBA and if he keeps improving, they will have multiple chances to get in the playoff to try for another hope for an NBA championship.

Sorry guys but I think tonight will be the Memphis Grizzlies' last game. It's not about their good record this season when Ja Morant is out but this is a series match and that record of 20-5 is against different teams. The Warriors already experience playing with the Grizzlies with or without Morant.

I recognized the Grizzlies' strength this season. I'm sure only a few even think that they will end up at Top 4 in a strong Western Conference. They will surely be back next season on a different level.

I hope Ja Morant will be healthy all throughout. Lots of time and chances for him to take a shot at the NBA title.
