The speed of development is as I expected it. You should not compare WAVES with some of those overpriced pumped Altcoins. Stay humble and HODL.
The way up of WAVE will last at least two years. The project is great - but it might grow to slow and will be overtaken by others.
The speed of development, partnerships and releases planned for this year according to their roadmap and news releases is actually ahead of pace with other similar priced coins. Waves are gonna rocket when they start announcements.

waves sure will have a good future and the price is high but not in quick time. This can be seen because of the very slow waves every month once in experiencing price changes primarily so that the price can go up.
Waves definitely has a bright future ahead. It will reach above $100 this year but i have to admit it’s going a little slower than i expected. We should show more patience to waves if want to see it reach it’s true potential.

Not the most exciting jump in price at $20. However with Waves pace, that's very realistic
I expect that by the spring of 2018 they will reach $ 20

However I do have a question, what is the current status of Waves.

There is no one that can ever know the answer to the question you are asking. The only thing I can tell you is that it would stay relevant in its game and there is future for it, so if you want to buy now, you can buy. If by status, you are referring to the value, then you can make use of coinmarketcap. Waves is not an overbought market yet and the earlier you jump in now the better before you miss on a good train. 2018 is the year where we all get to have the chance to profit. Buying WAVES and cheap tokens to profit next year.
Don't think Waves is overbought at the moment plus its ability to generate other tokens just by holding or leashing it out has created new streams for profit generation
In fact, I would say waves is totally undervalued at the moment compared to some other coins that has had some pretty huge run lately. Anyone looking into buying some waves should better do so now than complaining later on for not buying as I have seen a lot of cries for those who missed Eth, LTC, IOTA and some other bull runs for some of these coins.I think by the end of 2018 the price of waves will be more than $ 100, a promising coin and a good team.
It is really a promising coin and it is funny it has dragged a little bit for a while now with the lot of development that was going on for it. However, this is one coin that would do well once some of the awaited announcements are dropped and we will see this coin having a huge surge in price. It is better to hop in now though, for those who may be looking at the short term bull run. Is there any future of waves coin?

the truth is I doubt it,i have a sympathy on waves but as of this moment pumping is impossible for this coin.maybe in the future but not now.better hold your waves for long term and try to focus on other coin maybe without your notice it will make a good price for long can it pumping again?

For me waves are good option to invest. Now its price is not expensive so it is good time to buy, because in near future it can be change and give huge profit for all whose invest in it
