Q: What happens if two users have very similar aliases? Will there be a warning that will prompt users to double check if they are sending to "lname" when there's also an "Iname" or something along those lines?

Today the Waves network broke the 100,000 transaction barrier!

This is true, Waves is one of the biggrst crypto projects right now and the dev team are doing a very amazing job. Even after 2018 or 2020 there will be a lot of things come we can´t imagine right now.

Not sure if I understand you, but you can create an alias to receive payments.

So instead of giving an address like "3P2HNUd5VUPLMQkJmctTPEeeHumiPN2GkTb" you can give you alias, like "seaiectric" and others can pay to that alias.

It's already working with the official Waves Lite Client / wallets, I don't think exchanges support the feature yet.

Impressive! 1283.3 tx/s at peak. How much tx/s did it on average? Are there any issues already found during the stress test?

I even received a BTCG token in my waves wallet yesterday, is this a verified that the team is distributing BTCG? I'm already excited to dump it. 14K of it is really a lot.



They were already airdropping them before I believe I have about 50+ WCT before the airdrop yesterday.

Just saw in the liteclient that only the approved tokens shows in the dex. See no more spam tokens etcetera.

I haven't find even in DEX (fortunately) and I see 2 trades in wavesgo, so probably despite was created for a fraud purpose it wasn't used anymore. I hope people made their search before invest/sell some crypto

There's a bunch of tokens on the waves platform that were created with the intention to confuse and scam people on DEX.  The Waves team have updated the DEX to only display names of legit tokens on the platform.  Those that don't show the name and only display the asset ID# should be traded with caution.
