Gambling knows no age, both young and old, if they still have healthy health and stable finances then everyone can gamble at any time. So there is no ideal number for retiring from gambling, especially if they still have a healthy memory and gambling is still entertainment for them, of course retirement is not an option.
And most of the people when they get older, they've got more freedom and more money and that's true which gives no boundary that anyone can still gamble at an old age.

But this depends on the person too. There are also some of those who are old and have grandchildren, sometimes they want to spend their old age with their family, so retiring from gambling is the wisest choice. To be honest, in my area, parents very rarely gamble openly, this is because they feel ashamed that they are still gambling at their old age. This is also influenced by the culture where parents gambling is a disgrace to the family.
If the person have experienced much with gambling and he'd always ending up with losses, he had enough already and much better to have a wiser choice to retire.

But again, we go back to what you've said and combined the two of it. Anyone is free to retire whenever they think there's a valid reason and the same goes for continuing and there's no retirement age on it as long he can avail to take losses.
Actually this do always falls down into the category of someones financial aspect or situation on the time that we do get old. We do know that not all does have that pension
and not all does have that kind of financial preparations on the time that they do get old. This is why it would really be wise into those old gamblers that quitting up for good
should be something that they would really be minding because on the time that you are on retirement age or having no job or income then it wouldn't really be ideal
on keeping on wasting money but rather it would be good if you do really spend out on something important and valuable. Retirement should really be something on spending up your quality time
with your loved ones, i dont see for it to be necessary on dealing up with things which arent really that connected into them.

That's right, they will not easily stop with their gambling especially if they have a gambling complaint where gambling cannot be separated from a person. There are also many gamblers who dare to take loans to fulfill their gambling desires as you said, this is a clear fact. A person who is addicted to gambling, of course, their mindset is no longer healthy and maybe they need help from a psychological expert in order to get rid of their thoughts about gambling alone.

Suppose there is a family member who is like you said, of course I would not let that happen, because old age should be enjoyed properly, if you spend young age gambling it seems like it will take up a lot of time, and time to gather with family can also be a little or not at all, what I'm afraid of is that my father is elderly but still likes to gamble, I'm afraid there will be a fight in the family, because what I know is that someone who is addicted to gambling can commit violence because he asks for money to gamble again, and I don't want this to happen to my family. I can't imagine what it would be like if this happened to my family. I myself like to gamble, it's just that I feel better now. because now I'm not too crazy with gambling, only gambling on weekends and even then if I want to.
I think those who really can't get away from gambling or addiction as well as people who consider gambling their life are people with disturbed thinking and psychology, in the sense that they can't differentiate between what is more of a priority in life.
It will be very difficult to stop someone who has experienced something like that and there is no way that can be successful in healing or stopping it unless they want to stop.
Because it is clear that they have different way of thinking and psychology from normal people in general.

So, that is good thought and decision which will not allow any family member, even our own father, to continue gambling activities in old age because time spent with family during this period is the most valuable time.
The warmth of the family will really be felt because when you are young you are too busy with every activity you do, such as working, doing business and gambling for those who enjoy it, so if you still let it go in old age, it will be great shame.
It is true that problems may also occur that allow disputes to occur between family members and older people usually have emotions that cannot be controlled so we must always pay special attention to them.

those who are not initially addicted to gambling and have good things that are their priorities, they will change when they are addicted to gambling, they can make gambling their priority in their daily lives. because those who are addicted to gambling can certainly forget about many things that have become their responsibilities just by gambling that has been attached to themselves. And indeed this must be addressed, because by making gambling a priority in life it is a fatal mistake, where we know that the name of priority is a thing that is prioritized, if gambling itself really makes a profit every time and that's for sure it doesn't matter, but the fact is that gambling cannot provide benefits at all times but always makes someone lose, especially financially. So gambling should not be made a priority in life because it can kill us in the future. also with different thoughts like others that you said, it will be difficult for them to realize that making gambling a priority is a mistake.

It's not a good thing that someone who is old is still fond of gambling, even though old age should be enjoyed by spending a lot of time with family. but have you ever seen or heard of old people who spend their time in casinos? with a physical condition that is not good even they still gamble, is it possible that they have endless money? so they spend their old age in casino gambling.

This question is really very funny because the age in which some persons wants to stop gambling can still as well be the same age in which some persons wants to start.

The thing is not everyone would want to start gambling at age 80 to 90 years and above at this point people should have set out what would give them money to sustain their life than keep gambling to earn money except for gaming to catch cruise and ease some stress in their life. Gambling is not as easy as you may seems it is because it requires energy and time to focused on the activity otherwise an old man won't even try to gamble. we can say people from age 60 years blow can still gamble if they finds it funny or interacted to anticipate on, most times some gamblers set goal when they reach and hit their targeted point they don't mind quitting entirely without involving themselves.
Gambling is for fun and anything outside that is an insult to the core value of gambling in the most responsible ways as mentioned in their licensing document,  so for that,  I don't believe that age has a lot to do with how someone gambles and when to quit gambling at the same time.

So retirement from gambling is based on individual choice and determination because even at 80-90 years some person still has the free time to play some games and still have fun as long as it doesn't require them to take risks that could affect their financial well-being.

The only time I can say that gambling is stressful is when you are gambling charging a particular direction like a winning or loss recovery,  that way you get burned out as quickly as possible,  but if it is just for the fun of it,  then at any age you don't have any problem at all.

What you would consider there is that are those people I mean that age bracket gambling for Fun or gambling to make winning, believe me or not no one would want to gamble were he is not making any profits from his expense so basically no one will respect that point of fun rather would acts on how to make profits from the gambling. Actually you said is correct but there are some points we shouldn't gamble anymore lets say age 90 gambling while their ground son gamble as well as a grandpa what do you think he would tell his grandchild about gambling? So to me age 90 is enough for me to quit gambling..

Does people retire in gambling? Gambling is an activity of choice and we can gamble even when we have retired from our workplace. Gambling is not like our normal jobs that we are going from Monday to Friday and retires when we have worked for about 30 to 40 years. Gambling is completely different from those kind of jobs or activities so I don't expect us to come here and be agitating about getting retired. Retirement is out of gambling, even people that are old are betting everyday without anything like retirement. We can bet and play games anytime we like and that does not need anything like retirement because we are not working for anybody.
That is a big question,  do people retire in gambling,  don't think so, those that gamble for the fun and entertainment will fine a way to do it at all ages long and as long as they can relate their gambling habits to recreational and at the same time staking it will be fun all the way through for them,  many time old age gives you the time to gamble more and at some point, I am forced to even believe that gambling should be done more by older people than you g people.

Because when one retires from active service there is a need to know what to do to keep body and soul together and to prevent sliding into any form of depression.

Yes, I agree with you that age cannot limit anyone from continuing to gamble or having to retire as long as they can control themselves not to take too many risks which can make their physical condition worse and I believe that perhaps in various cities there are still people who are over 70 years old still carry out gambling activities but usually they have pension money that will not run out if used for gambling because usually an old person gambles just to fill his free time to find fun because usually his children are too busy with their own affairs.

Let's face it: gambling addiction is psychologically complex. Bad prioritization is simply one of several cognitive errors. Gamblers often believe they can control outcomes, the gambler's fallacy. This warped perception is a deep-seated belief system that has to be addressed, not just a 'disturbed' opinion.

I differ with you here. This perspective is hard to change, but not impossible. The key? Support and expert intervention. We cannot ignore them and say they won't change until they want to. We must lead them to that realization. You're right about family. Twilight family time is precious, but gambling may ruin it. Empathy, not aggression or shame, bridges gaps. We must be sensitive to their feelings and provide support. The goal is to replace a bad habit with something better—family, interests, community. Balance is delicate, yet we must aim for it.

For a player, age doesn't matter. If a person is 100 years old and a successful player, why should he retire? Here we can only talk about success or failure, and there is no point in talking about age. Each person has his own notions of limitations, and only the person himself has the right to set various personal criteria

I doubt anyone would want to start their gambling career at an old age. Certainly not at 80-90 years. At that age, one should just relax and live out the rest of his life with ease. But for people that already gambled earlier in their lifetime, I could still see them gambling till they get as old as that.
Gambling doesn’t require physical strength nor does it require energy from the player. Ages players could still play if they wanted to. A lot still presently do.
It is very rare for people to reach the age of 80-90 years, and most of those who are older also rarely have excellent health. So perhaps 60 years old can be considered retirement age, so if there are people over 60 years old who are still gambling, they actually need to think about retiring from gambling. They should enjoy their lives well without any desire to pursue worldly things, especially if, in their youth, they gambled very often and even became pro gamblers. But whatever age someone wants to reach when gambling and then retiring, it will be up to each person to decide. We can only suggest it, and then it's up to them.

It's not known and I think it depends more on each individual, if indeed they feel that this gambling activity only causes a lot of problems with their finances then obviously there is no benchmark when you have to stop and age cannot be used as a reference point, if it can be faster the better. In addition, on the other hand, if you feel that gambling does not interfere with your life at all, especially your financial situation which is still stable even though you are involved in gambling, I think the problem of stopping or not is all up to you, as simple as that.

But on the other hand gambling is inherently risky and I don't think it's ethical to spend your old age carrying your gambling habit around with you, there are plenty of other things that are also fun enough without the risk to accompany your old age, however I have to suggest that because it seems like a better option.

Many believe that gambling is for young people online as they need thrill and and fun. But I think that even old people can enjoy gambling. There should be any age to retire from gambling at all. One can do this activity and leisure time and thus it does not affect retirement related activities also.
Sometimes one can get to a certain age and prefer a different kind of thrill and entertainment, at such age gambling may not be their choice as they may think that the rush and thrill that comes with it is such that they wouldn't wan to be caught up with so they will rather go for something calm and with lesser thrill mad requires little to no funding.

At old age most persons become more prone to reacting to complications, for people who are very emotional, it could be advised that once they are aged, they shouldn't be involved in gambling so as to avoid been caught up in the thrill and probably end up with critical conditions but for one who has the money to spend and isn't depending on the money to be able to afford a meal or further take care of their basic needs, because these are factors that when attached to gambling cause the gamblers not to enjoy gambling just as they should.

We cannot determine when people should retire from gambling because it is each person's choice. Some say that when you are in your 40s you should stop gambling because you choose to take responsibility for your family, etc. But for me personally, I think the right time to stop gambling is when you think you've had enough and no longer intend to gamble, whether because of family, work, financial problems, etc. So it can be any age, if you feel that at the age of 30 you are still able to gamble, then just continue, if not just stop, that's very simple.
Agreed, this idea that everyone needs to fit into some kind of mold and do everything at the exact same time and in the same way is mistaken, there are people that never gamble, whether this is because of their religious or ethic beliefs, and there is nothing wrong with that, while there are others which could gamble for most of their adult life, and there is nothing wrong with that either, so when to stop gambling is a decision that every single person takes on their own and there should not be some sort of hard limit on when this is supposed to happen.

This question is really very funny because the age in which some persons wants to stop gambling can still as well be the same age in which some persons wants to start. This isn't a government work which people will retire from,as long as games  and different sports exist, and people continues to catch fun with it,people will definitely go ahead to gamble because gamble is not only for money, people do it for fun and for the love they have for that particular sport.Well,to answer the question,I can say untill one is satisfied with the money he has got,he won't stop gambling, and as we all know that human needs are insatiable, therefore, age does not matter when it comes to gambling, everybody has the right to gamble, and your end to it will depend on your mindset, and the amount you've achieved from it.
I sort of agree with you, because gambling is not a job or anything and one doesn't need to retire from it as long as one is enjoying themselves doing it and has the financial capability to continue. It's a different case if a person doesn't have enough funds to be able to continue gambling but we can't call that retiring because the same person will start gambling again once they become financially capable again and have enough money to continue their gambling activities.

So, there is no age for gambling or any other activity as long as a person is capable enough of doing it. When it's a game where you need physical fitness and strength, you stop doing it only when you feel you are physically not capable enough anymore to continue. Similarly, when you are gambling, you only stop when you are not capable enough financially anymore.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!

and on the one hand, someone who is over 60 years of age has vision and hearing that are so reduced that even thinking a little harder will make their body hurt or something will happen. so I probably can not imagine a gambler older than the age you mentioned still gambling.
but perhaps there are also gamblers who still gamble but their sight and hearing are still very good so they can still enjoy gambling for fun.

actually, age will not influence whether someone should stop or continue their gambling habit, the most important thing is that they are still able to gamble and have enough money. I think there is no problem.

The visions and hearing abilities of a person if get weak then he cannot do anything but stay at bed only. Vision and hearing are God gifted so we will be unable to live a satisfied life without these gifts. I think in the age of about 60 a person is not interested in earning but wants to live a life with silence.

Once a person's behaviour become worse due to gambling addiction then he never think about his age and as you are talking about fun so I think that initial step is for fun but after that it become an addiction so they take gambling as a serious concern for making money. Their mind accept win only so when they loss anytime then they starting bet more and more with expectations that they will recuperate their lost amount.
