Okay, so gambling is like going on a roller coaster, right? Though it was fun and exciting, some people did get sick afterward. Yes, you're right; its all about the thrill of the unknown and the chase. But 95% of gamblers don't hit the jackpot. Thats the fun part. Like having a party: it costs money, but the memories are worth it. Worth a lot.

Its almost impossible to get wins that can change your life. Most people? They're just putting coins in a well to make wishes come true. And man, you have to change directions when you get old. Imagine giving up betting chips to spend time with your family. Thats already a win, right?

The catch is that gambling isnt the main thing you do in life. Sure, have fun with it, but keep in mind that its just a side dish. If you like fries with your burger. You wouldnt eat fries for dinner, right? Friends, balance is the key
Yes, gambling is like rollercoaster which provides fun and satisfying adrenaline sensation but it will also make anyone feel pain when they fall.
It just that when we gamble within limits and are not too careless, there is little chance of something bad happening that makes someone regret it, even if it happens, it doesn't really make things difficult for someone under any circumstances.
When we get pleasure or even satisfaction, there is always money behind it all and we have to really let it go to pay for what makes us feel pleasure and satisfaction.

You are right and indeed when the time comes we must be able to consider and make the best decisions for the enjoyment that we might be able to get more usefully in old age which may not last much longer.
Sometimes people forget about long-term thinking and they only think about and prioritize what can provide pleasure now without thinking about tomorrow.

It is that gambling is not the only most important thing you have to do in life, there are other things that are more important and must be done, not just gambling to have fun.
Balance must always be priority that is prepared from now on because when we reach the age limit that is considered unproductive, it will be more difficult for us to achieve this balance.

It's true that some elderly people may become more demanding or difficult as they age. This can be due to a number of factors, such as changes in health, cognitive decline, or social isolation. In the case of gambling, it's important to remember that it is an addictive behavior. Just like any other addiction, it can be very difficult for people to control their gambling once they've developed a problem. This is true for people of all ages, including elderly adults.

But I believe that those elderly experienced gamblers who associate gambling with entertainment and the thrill of potential winnings are people who have self-aware, caution and responsibility, because all those adrenaline turbulence in gambling wouldn't affect them.
Responsible gambling means being in control of all your gambling activities from protecting your funds to avoiding gambling addiction every detail is essential. Unfortunately most physically ill older are unable to manage their gambling activities effectively. Adult experienced gamblers have more knowledge when faced with difficult situations but they can bring everything under control so they take less risk. There are many older veterans who are self-aware but their performance declines with age so it is better not to gamble.
I have been gambling for a very long time and have been among gamblers almost my entire life. Let me tell you something, I haven't seen a gambler who gambles responsibly, at least not how the definition goes. People rage and lose more, it's very common.

But there are people who come out of the bad session and are able to focus on other things while others (addicted) just cannot forget the loss and lose interest in other things such as their job, family, etc and that's when gambling becomes a problem.

So, a more relevant question should be "Why do you want to quit gambling" rather than "when to quit".
Usually people would only quit on the time that they literally cant be able to gamble, just because they dont have the money that they could really be able to spend but on the time that they do really still have the funds
then stopping will be out of their vocabulary on which it is really just that a normal approach. Just let them be, usually gamblers are hard headed, stopping will really be always in the end of the line on which on the time that there's nothing that they could pull into their own pockets. We are just the ones who do lead up ourselves into disaster just because of our greed and being stubborn.

It isnt really on the age you do have before you should quit gambling because neither young or old, you are that susceptible to addiction on which this would really be that resulting
into that kind of situation which you would be suffering on huge losses or having that huge effect into your finances if you arent that careful.
Retiring is something that you could ask for those long time gamblers that had been playing and become that sustainable, for new ones? I dont think that it would fit out.

Gambling should be for fun only but since it generates money once we win, the eagerness to play will become addicted because it gives you a satisfaction once you get your winning prize, right? you can suggest other activities that's profitable but the question is, Does a person entertain once they do investment and trading? not all of them has an idea on that and maybe gambling is their forte that's why they keep doing it over and over again.  People has their different taste when it comes to hobbies and types of their enjoyment but this gambling activity is the most risky at all.
Yes, gambling is supposed to be for fun but the problem is that people don't see gambling like that way. They see gambling as a way to make quick money. They use gambling to make money from various gambling games, which makes them addicted. These people continue to gamble until they are old, which is not recommended because old people should choose to enjoy life and not deal with things related to worldly pursuits. But it depends on each person's perception because they may still gamble when they are old, thinking they are wiser in gambling. Playing gambling when you are old or have not retired from gambling is a choice for each person, but we should think about it carefully, including thinking about all the risks we will take if we still gamble in old age.

Many believe that gambling is for young people online as they need thrill and and fun. But I think that even old people can enjoy gambling. There should be any age to retire from gambling at all. One can do this activity and leisure time and thus it does not affect retirement related activities also.
It is important to understand that age is not a limit, but it can be a barrier that prevents you from comfortably accessing the silver lining. Just think of this as a tool and it's legal for anyone of age to use, so there's no retirement here.
But I think for older cases exposed to gambling, they are mostly people who have a variety of choices to enjoy life. And with gambling, I also have some older friends who often say that if you are responsible enough for everything you do, then nothing makes you hesitate.

This is the good thing when it comes to gambling, there's no age restriction up to when you can gamble or not.
So long you have your own money and have the motivation to play, why not?
But yes, I believe when someone is getting older, they just look at this facet of their life as just to entertain or enjoy their life.
Not because they are chasing their winnings but because they just want to pass time and be laid back with their life.

Yes I agree with you, if they still have money and an ongoing income so that they have money, it doesn't matter. It's just that I think it's not about age but about mindset, they will retire from gambling maybe after thinking about their lives who will have their own families to support  because generally gambling will make bad relationships and this is prone to happen, but back to what I said at the beginning, where if they still have endless money maybe it's not a problem with their habit of always gambling, even though they are old,  because everyone has their own way to enjoy their lives  It's just that it's wrong if people who don't have enough money still force themselves to gamble to their own detriment, and they should stop and justify that bad mindset..

Gambling is meant to be played for fun, right? That's the overall reason why most people gamble, and it has some other benefits too, like relieving stress and helping kill bored moments. When ever one sees himself or herself grow to the age where they no longer have fun with only things, what's the point of continuing to engage in such things?

When we talk about gambling being fun, aren't there many other activities that are more fun than gambling? Such as sports, traveling or other things, which do not carry too high a risk.
And when we talk about gambling being about profit, aren't there many other activities that are more profitable, such as trading, doing business or investing? because gambling is not profitable at all.

So in my opinion, the reason behind most people playing gambling is not about pleasure, but rather that they want to gain profits instantly, without having to work or make any effort.

However, there is nothing wrong with someone also considering that gambling is part of their enjoyment, but when someone already thinks so, then for that person to find other pleasures apart from gambling, this will be something difficult.

The moment someone has grown up to the stage that they can no longer have fun from gambling, rather they will be addressing it as when I was younger or when I used to this and that, at that point in life, you don't need anyone to advise you that you need to leave gambling and focus on other things in life instead of taking yourself to a place where you can increase your blood pressure due to losing, which could kill you faster.

As long as people are gambling with their own money and that is an amount they can afford to lose then I do not think their age matters that much
That makes sense because as long as we have our own money and we're using it to whatever purpose we want it to be, there's no problem if we're going to gamble it when we're already old or while we're still young. I think that the older people have been composed and stable already and they can easily gamble with their money.

after all someone that is young is confronting all kind of new problems in their lives they did not had on the past and this generates a lot of pressure and stress and they need a way to vent those emotions, and one way to do this is through gambling, as that adrenaline and excitement you can get out of it is not something you can find that easy on your everyday life.
While we're young, I think that we've got more freedom but we don't have much resource to gamble. And that's why when we get older, that's the time we're like out of the cage and we're doing anything what we can with our money. About retirement, someone can dictate his age of retirement but then can also get out of it freely, anytime.

I believe gambling is more suitable for people in their 50s or above when they are retired from work or have their own businesses and have plenty of time to spend on any activities they like but only if they have financial freedom and enough wealth to enjoy gambling without having to worry about their losses, etc. When a person is young and energetic, they tend to be busy working or creating their careers and future and trying to make as much money as possible, and that money they can use to enjoy their life when they retire.

So, older ages are better for gambling and it's a wrong mindset if a person thinks that gambling isn't for old people, because it's better for people who are old and have good financial status and can easily afford to spend as much money as they want instead of people who are struggling to earn money.

You answered your question. I don’t know who believes that gambling as an activity is mainly for the young ones in the society. That’s a weird and entirely wrong belief to have as gambling is a pastime activity that is meant for mature adults of all ages.
It doesn’t require much effort or physical strength to partake in it removing whatever limitations old people could have encountered. I can think of several activities that could give more thrill and is more fun and engaging than gambling.

Not only that, we know that older people wanted to spend their time and have fun, enjoy and entertain themselves. And what better way it could be is to play and gamble in a traditional base casinos. I have seen this, lots of older men and women, playing slots with some assistance from their niece or nephews or even nurses and maids to accompany them.

So there is no age limit, of course, you need to have money, and most likely those who played have accumulated so much in their life time that they need to used some to again, play and enjoy. So nothing is wrong with that and there should be no age to retire from gambling.

For rich people gambling is like a means of recreational activity. But if you ask a poor then they occasionally gamble in order to make some extra income for the people. Now in this case, you should not do gambling if your age is crossing 50. Once we grow older, our brain sometimes doesn’t do the perfect calculations for the best outcome. So you should avoid gambling at any cost. Moreover if you are someone who have plenty of wealth, then definitely for him gambling is like a source of entertainment. For them there is no age limit to retire.

Cant really be denied that as we get older then the way we do think does really become dull yet making up some decision making might really be that stirred up because as we do get older then we do really love on enjoying things without thinking up that much on other things or simply we arent really that mindful if its good or bad as long we do get entertained and enjoying then this what matter the most. Actually its not really that bad to gamble as long you do make yourself that responsible when it comes to your spending. There's no such thing about age when it comes to retirement,
doesnt matter on what age you do have because addiction would really be able to hit on what age, self control would really be that crucial.

Yes, you are right about that, every person who has and should have self-control and moderation in the game, we should not abuse things as such, age does not matter, I have always thought of something as long as our body can endure it, we can do anything. type of activity, perhaps the mind becomes a little slower than normal because our body is not the same, we are moved the same by some things, organs, they do not function as before, but we can continue doing many things, I have always said that when things are tried to be done well, there is nothing to do, they must always be done repeating or better than life, if our mental health is intact, we must take advantage of those turns of life, to be able to do what we most We like it, since we are young we will always seek to have the things we most want, money, and a simple and healthy life, maybe we will enjoy health, but not a lot of money, and without money there is no comfort, life is always hard .

So we are not going to be complete, maybe some of us are, but there are deficiencies in many things, in values and in many other things and that is just that we must prevent these deficiencies from echoing back to us and we start to die, that This is what we should avoid at all costs, for that reason, whatever the age, we should do what we want, it is sad to reach a very old age and not have been able to do the things we liked, and it is believed that it is too late to fulfill them and that is how as long as there is life many things can be done and that is the only thing that should be supported, there is no other option, we should not prevent ourselves from blocking our own obstacles, that is not the right thing to do, it is not the duty to be, because we are They say that we should do what we want, and be or try to be happy, many spend their lives making money by working hard, it's not bad, but everything must be balanced, especially when Responsibilities are acquired, everything must be done everything possible to make a lot of Money.

Some how we can relate the youth age and activities in such age to how we handle gambling styles with the old age. There are people who are old and they still gamble responsibly and not being greedy which can also be traced to how they were playing while at young age. So that is what we have to consider in old age, there are some old people who are very stubborn and won't yield to some reasonable gambling advise, they would bet what money they get from their pension and begin to rely on their children for financial support till the next month. That is not good planning. So as a youth, you can plan how you want to live your life at old age whether you want to continue gambling or to retire out of gambling.

Exactly, it is true and it has become a fact that responsible gamblers mean that they can manage all their gambling activities well, they can control everything including themselves and their mindset, they will not be too excessive in terms of winning because in terms of expectations they do not put too high expectations there, and that means I would say that responsible gamblers they still have a good level of awareness which ultimately makes them able to take some precautions so that unexpected things do not happen, especially addiction.

Yes maybe it's true that the elderly who experience physical illness as a result of age can make them unable to manage their gambling effectively, that's possible, but I don't think so, the management of gambling will not be tied or unrelated to their physical condition, because I personally think that gambling is almost completely in their mindset and consciousness, maybe it would be reasonable if you say that if the elderly have a mental disorder or for example have an emotional character that makes it difficult for them to balance and manage their gambling effectively. But I agree with your last statement that it's basically better not to gamble, they should enjoy their old age with other positive activities that are not risky, it's better.
