I want to invest ethereum altcoin because I feel it makes me rich someday. I want to buy more ethereum then I will hold it for a long time. I will buy ethereum if its price goes down then I would sell it once it increases the value. Holding is the ingredients to make us reach someday.
I also like you. I bought quite a bit of eth at $ 600 and pretty much altcoin was created from the eth platform. Hope someday I will be rich ha ha. 
I think you do some research to know what is the best coins to invest.I think bitcoin etherum was the possible you can make rich.

yep just a personnal point of view but for altcoins here are my choices :
1) WAVES
2) KOMODO
3) SPECTRECOIN for its so low maketcap and huge potential...Look at VERGE rise and think about...For sure more risky but the reward could be so great...

I think that the best altcoin to rely on is ethereum coins because this past few months, The value if this coin is only $300 and now it double's the price to $600 even there is an incident before that happend on china where ico's has been banned on china and the value of coins in the market has greatly decrease.

Invest in QSP or Blue for security & auditing purpose as this is new on crypto field, so a good opportunities actually.
Also look at VTC & XSPEC for incoming mass coins adoptions. These two have low fees transaction and speed. XSPEC has also stealth adresses, TOR with OBSF4 and will feature ring signature in his v1.5 for total privacy transactions.

Well every coins can make you rich but it depends on the situation, so i cant suggest anything i can only say that choose the best coins that you invest so you can make your self rich.
People mostly start investing with btc and once they get the see other coins they will start investing to altcoins as well.

there are many of altcoin is good to buy and hold for the long term

I'm hedging some bets on Neo, Waves, Strat, Ripple, IOTA, and my personal favorite, Spectrecoin. I like xspec for all the privacy features and think it's got an interesting future, while also being dirt cheap right now. Eth, of course, will go up this year...and anything added to coinbase will get obvious bumps.
I would have advised you to invest in Etherem from all Altcoins. The Ethereum has the greatest price and popularity so it can bring you more profits compared to other Altcoins. However, you can still consider options like Ripple or Litecoin but they are less stable and more risky for you.
It is true that, If you hold these any altcoins for long term, you can be a millionaire in next 5 years. These coins have good team behind them and their product is sustainable in long run. Now a day some coin have a great future if you buy Ripple coin you must gain and rich in a short time.

Moreover, the transactions only takes an hour or so unlike bitcoin which takes days. I also believe in litecoin. I just think that this coin is very undervalued right now. It will show its true potential soon.

ETN, CTR is now hype, but some people's suggestions are not always right, so you sift through all the suggestions and find information to analyze the suggestions of some people here, but I still recommend bitcoin because the risk is lower than altcoin if there is a decrease. any suggestions what will go very high?
