I agree, Binance is the most convenient exchange for me now. A lot of coins, a lot of tools, large volumes, the ability to connect bots. However, with the connection of bots I start to worry-hacking is possible

centralized exchanges often have problems . it brings a lot of influence to the market . recently , i traded on IDEX . it is a decentralized exchange . it makes me feel at ease .

You can try Crypto Bridge, very low fee when trading as well as withdrawing. 
WEX closed the withdrawal of almost all coins for a few days, so the exchange rate there is not similar to any exchange. All users in panic. The exchange itself explains - this is technical work.
I completely agree with you and I will even say that the withdrawal limits depend very much on the level of verification, for example, as on bitrex. Almost everywhere you already have to enter personal data.

Yobit has the cheapest commsion for fiat withdrawal. also I like hitbtc for speed. I dont use delta after its service hacking. top echanges like binance, kukoin and so on are cool.

Binance and Kucoin have good investor support, easy-to-use interface and very low transaction fees, which are making the two exchanges get a lot of support from investors. as of now Binance , Bittrex , Kucoin , Coinbase , Kraken are among the above category .
My favorite top 3 is Okex(no limits), Binance(2btc/day) and Huobi(2btc/day). Limits if yor are not passed KYC
There are many factors (location, fees, currency, etc.) that should be taken into consideration to pick the best exchange. In my opinion, if you are concerned about liquidity and security, it is better to choose big well-known exchanges such as Poloniex and Bitfinex.
If you want a low fee, I think bittrex or hitbtc is best for you now

I like Bittrex very much. the new interface is very good. the right place to do the analysis. also there is a lot of coin. I like it in this respect.
