I haven't seen which one is good but I put my money in ADA and TRX, I just saw this coin has the potential to shine in the future so I bought some assets there for my long term investment.

If you still have more capital lying around go for crypto which has gone down 90% or more even with great potential. Coins like Nano and DeepOnion are some. I still thinking to buy more bitcoin and more ethereum as of now, I use this coin as my main coins for my investment. but I don't stop just for that coins, I still find another coin that has a big potential to increase in the future especially in the next year. I learn from the last year and I see that almost all coin getting the increase in a year so if we can hold for a long time, then I think we can get a big profit. but still, it is difficult to hold without knowing the time for the coin to increase higher.
