I think that EOS is the best candidate for this role. They have a huge marketing campaign and are supported by Bitfinex, one of the largest exchanges. Personally, I see no reason why EOS will fall

actually there are many options you can do in this decline speculation. especially if you know and monitor some altcoins for a long time. this can be a good reference when you buy cheap altcoin. but if you do not have much choice, you can buy altcoin top like eth, ripple and eos
