A good customer care service in my opinion is the best features to look at for reasons been that  no matter how good the graphics and variety of crypto currency maybe there is never a 100% satisfaction and definitely customers would have issues and the ease and rapid response to customers complaints would make a better casino before considering how well the relate to Bitcointalk forum
I am sure every casino will give 24/7 support for their members because they want to provide satisfaction and do not want to disappoint them.
But unfortunately, no matter how good the customer service is, if their members do not want to wait for a while and give time for the customer services to check the problem, it will no use and we will always complain about anything.
We need to realize that not only us who have a problem and even if the casino is big, they can get many complaints from their members but as the reputable casino will still solve the case and it needs some time to do it.
Waiting for a while it doesn't matter the service will definitely give its best to serve it even on livechat it always moves faster and if we wait a little we have to be reasonable because the complaints are not from someone or a little or even more but the casino support always gives the best.

I think the casino definitely has a 24/7 space for its members to be able to interact via livechat and it is their responsibility as support to provide the best possible response.

When it comes to cryptocurrency, I believe that the biggest cryptos take a long time to confirm a payment, which does not imply that it is instant, whereas fiat is instant depending on the payment method, the faster the payment method, the higher the fees, which is a major issue. Unless there is a problem, I do not see any fiat casinos that require a 24-hour waiting period for withdrawals usually this are instant or takes hours , this really depends where you will be sending it

Fiat withdrawals generally takes more than 24 hours to get withdrawn into our bank account.
Although I have never encountered a fiat withdrawal on fiat gambling website but on other platforms it generally takes 2-3 days.
Crypto on the other hand is quite instant where it takes just a few minutes to less than 24 hours to get the coins into our wallet.
Some of the gambling site has flexible options to choose the speed of getting the withdrawal which is one of the best features a gambling site can implement.

I agree with this list of priorities. Although the arrangements are not really according to my preferences, these things are the things I am also looking for in an online crypto casino. The payout speed is of importance because there would be times that you will have an urgent situation. It would be best if a casino would have a fast process of withdrawal if not instantly so that the clients would be at ease with their funds. They could withdraw anytime, anywhere without a hassle. Responsiveness to complaints and customer service I guess are alike in purpose. This is important because in almost every platform and website, whether we like it or not, we will experience some concerns and maybe minor inconveniences that could be resolved by the customer representatives. The way they would handle the issues and complaints laid out by the clients is essential because that could identify how they are as a casino. If they are a type of casino that is only after the benefits, or if they are the type of casino that is also after the customer's welfare.

Engagement with the Bitcointalk community would be nice as well. Actually, just as I think about it, it makes sense that this is on the list. If the casinos would have a healthy and interactive engagement in the community, they could easily encourage users to know more about them and maybe try them out as well. They could garner potential players if they would engage in the forum's thread. Maybe post the things they offer and also attend to the needs of their current clients so that they won't be left in the dark. Interacting with the players here in the forum and addressing their concerns, issues, and questions could definitely help both sides. Clients being able to have good customer care and experience and the casino making their name be more trusted and reliable.

And of course, the ever-controversial KYC. Since not everyone preferred undergoing KYC, it would be a plus to those casinos who would not require it. The identity and personal information are needed to be secured which I understand why most people became off with the idea of having and undergoing it.

As long as they reply the inquiry at forst and still update the customer about the status of the complaint it will be understable. But if it will took time and the customer always ask for update but they can’t give an answer it can be a different question. Though a Reputable casino will not risk their name for complaints and they may find ways to answer all inquiries like hiring extra manpower in their team or inprove their chatbots to accompany all questions.
Well yeah, it is about the response from their CS support and also how they make the problem solving or solution that are good for both.

I can't believe cashback is the most important feature that you can think of. I'd say transparency, lack of KYC, active live support, deposit bonuses... Cashback is nothing really. All casinos can offer it to an extent because they'll make money of you anyway. If you lose 1000$ and they offer you 200 back they still made money. It's just a way to show you they "care" about you and want a loser like you to keep playing. The'll give you back 200 because chances are you're going to bet it again and lose.

As you said, if he loses 1000$ and the casino returns 200$ back to him, it means less 200$ the gambler will have to spend from his own pocket to keep betting. Moreover, being lucky it's possible to recover the initial loss with the extra 200$ given by the casino, who knows...

For daily gamblers I think cashback has a big impact on long run: they can play for longer, spending less.
Rakeback and those bonuses does exist for nothing and this is indeed important and one of the things on why people do get interested since they do think off that they

At least to me the security of the website, customer service and good reputation are nonnegotiable, all the rest of the characteristic on the poll and that have been mentioned by other posters are without a doubt nice to have but the three I mention are not optional.

A casino needs to be secure, after all who wants to lose their coins to hackers, it also needs to have great customer service as sooner or later there will be an issue and you will need to discuss that with the representatives of the casino, and finally it needs to have a good reputation, since who wants to play in a casino that has scammed their customers before?

However my top 5 picks are:
 Withdrawal limits = because it's helpful have lower limits (some FIAT sites allow 1 euro/dollar as limit it's important be competitive)

I find it particularly annoying when there are hidden rules that are deep into the small print and the customer service simply says - you should know XYZ because it is written and so on. If it is important, you should make it clear and loud, else you are cheating.

Yeah, I came to know may instances of what you’ve mentioned. It is like they are waiting for you missed that step and make a mistake, and from there they would take advantage of your innocence and ignorance, and so the blame will be put and pressed on you. It’s as if communication, depending how on good or bad it is used, is what will make and break the relationship of any player and casino.

I think cash back will only lies when you are a loyal or at least playing constantly and not just a visitor gambler and will seek for Cashback right away, this is a gained funds and not just being given like that.
I am also a fan of Cashback but i know how to gain this, and with that I only playing in few casinos now because of the cash back that i come to look at and yes they are giving best for what i desire though i must not mentioned them here for not bragging into not related thread.
